lumia1520跟one max的比較?

one x用到現在2年了，仍然很順暢。但是真的超想換手機，最近看上lumia1520跟max兩支手機，想請板友推薦一下2支手機。
我的使用習慣為:
小弟比較重相機的功能，兩支手機各有優點，所以讓我很困擾。最常拍攝風景。
常用的app就是fb、line、ig並不會玩甚麼遊戲。
再來是對於wp作業系統的疑問，想請問一下wp系統的手機可以觀看youtube嗎?
