包庇黑心油？綠委指控衛福部

民進黨立委陳其邁等人下午舉行記者會，指控衛福部最初給屏東縣衛生局的公文只封存頂新的產品卻不下架，顯然有隱匿包庇的嫌疑，民進黨立委段宜康也質疑衛福部對頂新及南僑的下架標準不一，也給人有包庇的聯想。
