五通這樣是車架裂痕了嗎？

今天騎到一半變速線斷掉，去車店換，結果店家發現我的車架裂開了，結果如下

摸起來是掀起來了

請問，

1. 這樣還可以騎？十二月要比3P...
2. 我的車架是12年捷安特ADV, 規格對應到今年應該是ADV PRO1的車架，前叉？
3. 今年大缺貨，我現在去換3P前應該沒機會回來？
4. 捷安特接受貼錢換一級車架？

因為那個地方是在大盤下方五通，車店說不可能是人為撞擊到那邊，我也沒其他地方倒車，掉漆都沒有，應該是可以出保，只是要比賽了才來這招。。。
