〔自由時報記者黃旭磊／高雄報導〕罹患大腸癌的豬哥亮，昨參加佛光山佛陀紀念館「高雄2014國際書展暨全民閱讀‧蔬食博覽會」，鼓勵民眾吃素顧健康。

豬哥亮拿起書籍鼓勵民眾看好書，佛陀紀念館第2年舉辦國際書展，數十部雲水書車排開，場面壯觀，豬哥亮鼓勵民眾捐書，由書車載到偏鄉，期間婆婆媽媽猛拍照，王彩樺助陣，鬧熱滾滾。
