其實你發覺貨品訂錯時，可以不去 7-11 領取，

在 7-11交貨便服務條款裡可以知道：
『如果買家未於七日內完成取貨，商品將退回至賣家設定的超商門市』

由此可知你只要不去 7-11 領取，7-11 就會將此物品退回去了

然後你就可以跟賣方講你要修改訂單為你要的物品，再請賣方重寄一次，

或乾脆不買了，如此就不用再因為賣方不理你就覺得煩惱了。
