請教各位大大~~BMW118I

小弟正式邁入30歲大關!!
所以最近開始思考要買車!!

目前很喜歡BMW 118I 想請教各位大大給些建議!!
買車的時間點哪個時間比較划算?
應該要注意那些事情?

另外有風聲BMW常常出問題，這是不是真的?
年收120W 這樣是不是足夠養得起這台車?
