佔中反映青年問題港擬扶助

（中央社記者張謙香港29日電）香港「占中」運動爆發以來，有大批青年參加，外界認為這與青年對前途沒有希望有關。為此，港府今天宣布計畫成立專責小組，研究和協助解決有關問題。

由官方成立的扶貧委員會上午召開會議，出席會議的香港行政長官（特首）梁振英向媒體說，新一屆扶貧會將會成立一個專責小組，討論如何從教育、就業和培訓等方面促進基層青年向上流動。

梁振英說，過去2個月的占領事件突顯出需要檢討青年的工作問題，尤其青年人的多元需要及向上流動。

他希望新一屆扶貧會能夠深入探討有關問題，向政府提出具體建議。

港府於2012年底成立扶貧委員會，目的是檢討貧窮問題，並制定相應解決措施。

「占中」運動於9月28日爆發以來，參與者大都是年輕人。據報導，他們除了響應泛民主派爭取「真普選」的號召外，也是發洩對現況的不滿，包括無法購房及向中上階層流動的機會渺茫。

除了扶貧會外，港府已決定成立創新科技局，希望給年輕人帶來創業和發揮所長的機會。1031129
