i5 電信已4G 設定的4G也打開但都沒4G

小弟我前幾天門號改為台灣大哥大 4G 1399的方案
iPhone 5 設定裡面的4G也已經打開
住高雄鳳山收不到還沒話講畢竟不是鬧區

但是去高雄漢神巨蛋或者崛江這麼熱鬧的點也依然沒有

是我手機出包還是??

進入iTunes也沒有跳出更新電信軟體
之前跳出來不確定有沒有讓他更新
但目前IOS是最新版本的

已爬文過但沒有類似的情況 ....
