請問牽新車該檢查的東西

最近考慮把那台小毛病不斷的15年老車換掉(當年是接手別人的10年車)

稍微爬了一下文，據說最好是新車先檢查後，再去驗車和掛牌
所以我想問的是，除了外觀之外，還需要檢查哪些? 有沒有哪些要注意的?

PS: 其實我最讓我頭痛的，是家裡長輩堅持要簽車要看時辰，還要我花錢選號,但是要我選的那些號碼只能用標的，先不說現在連車都沒有根本無法去搶標，天知道一個車牌會標到多少啊~~~
