嗨各位大大想請教主機音響的cd播放問題

由於主機有aux in的輸出手機可以買3.5音源線公對公的直接撥放
但是汽車現在沒辦法撥cd 主機是無光碟片的我可以買一台cd隨身聽依樣畫葫蘆接上嗎?(怕麻煩做法>
主要是家裡長輩想拿台語cd來播放

請教如果我有台toyota的八片式換片箱沒在使用

請問這樣有辦法接上嗎?

ps.無光碟片的主機可以接上換片箱嗎?

主機不是原廠的
