1. 先看你的租屋契約麼打的, 房租不繳的條款怎麼寫的.
2. 同樓上說的, 正式的話就是走法院, 要求房屋返還.
但是曠時費日, 要有心理準備

評估一下, 若是要求不多的話, 趕快打發走人換門鎖比較實在一點.
畢竟這一段時間很危險, 不知道會不會做內部管線破壞或是其他的事情.
承租人繞跑也有可能求償無門

報警用侵入民宅不知道可不可以? 去警察局問一下吧~~~
搞不好陪同警察去跟該員工講一下, 就會嚇到, 知難而退了吧....
