行政院毛內閣上午首度到立法院備詢，行政院長毛治國相當低調，率官員早早就位，臨進入議場前，媒體詢及會否覺得緊張？毛治國連聲表示：會緊張、會緊張。

由於綠營已放話要在這場總質詢嚴格質詢毛治國，他上午神情顯得肅穆，在議場門口，對媒體堵上麥克風，他疾行欠身繞過，沒有稍作停留，連聲回應後，就到議場內坐定，準備接受首波質詢。
