請問遠傳門號與7-11預付卡想要加網路的選擇

我有2個手機門號
我的遠傳3G門號沒有另外加網路
家裡跟公司都有無線網路
只有週末出去玩的時候有可能用到
目前大概只有LINE跟偶爾(非常少)打卡需要而已
不下載也不傳輸檔案
遠傳目前用的是大雙網165(幾乎都打不到165)
7-11是2G易附卡(有收到訊息說可以免費換3G易付卡)
想請問我這樣的流量有月租通話+流量計費(比如說傳1G XX元)的方案嗎?
或是最低的月租通話+一般網路是哪個方案

7-11的2G易附卡換成3G號碼會變嗎?
換3G易附卡之後就可以上網了嗎?
