台南市議員選舉暗潮洶湧

台南市議員李全教代表國民黨投入台南市議會議長選舉，李全教上午「不請自來」到甫加入民進黨的市議員林志展服務處「討人情」，李全教稱，林志展當初參選時，有答應要支持他選議長，林志展則否認，雙方各說各話。

李全教拜會時要求林志展議長選舉投票時「投自己」，林未答應，表示會遵從黨團指示投票，最後草草結束拜會行程後離去。民進黨台南市黨部主委顏純左、議長賴美惠也來坐鎮，「顧票」意味濃厚，議會議長選情暗潮洶湧。
