小時候都有些同學因為家境不好，所以都會將營養午餐的剩飯剩菜打包回家。長大之後，有人提出免費營養午餐這個方案，甚感欣慰！！實施多年後，卻沒有所謂的排富條款？這樣是不是失去了本意.... 還是我本來就會錯意？ http://i.imgur.com/7AnTad9.jpg
