使用killer network manager進行網路速度測試卻一直出現錯誤

因家裡的網路速度由50M昇級為100M
打開家中GS70的killer network manager查看，
發現網路速度還是50M，
便先將啟用頻寬控制功能關掉，
之後測試網路速度，
結果就一直出現錯誤，
我試著將原本的killer network manager程式移除，
重新安裝從MSI官網下載的版本，
但還是出現如下圖的錯誤~~~《求救》有大大知道該怎麼解決的嗎？

測試網路速度一直失敗，導致上傳速度一直都在10M以下
