買正版DVD在電腦上要如何播放

買了西城男孩"再見西城最終精選"專輯裏面的DVD卻無法在電腦上播放,我的作業系統是正版Windows7專業版+SP1,MediaPlayer的版本是12.0.7601.18526,nVidia 7300GT顯卡驅動程式版本是307.83,唱片公司推拖說是我的電腦問題,但我放其他DVD都正常,請問有沒有高手能告知小弟怎麼播放呢?
