房地產已經多頭十幾年了,用台灣勞動所得來看,
炒房者早已追價無力了,也該是時候休息了

另外~
台幣去年到今年貶了超過5%,
用之前房價漲是通澎的鬼扯說法反過來看,
房價持平實質就已經是在跌了!

未來會怎樣也不必多揣摩了,
一個住宅租金房價比炒到比商辦還高的地方,
還期待會漲???
