全台多雲到晴　傍晚鋒面近轉有雨

今天全台多雲到晴，傍晚有鋒面通過，水氣增多，北部地區將轉為有局部短暫雨的天氣，東半部降雨機率也會明顯增加。今天節氣「小寒」，意謂將進入最寒冷的日子。

中央氣象局指出，早晚各地氣溫偏涼，全台低溫約14至18℃之間，今晨平地最低溫為嘉義13.5℃，白天陽光照射下氣溫上升，北部及宜蘭、花蓮高溫約24到25℃，中南部及台東高溫約27到28℃，各地日夜溫差大。

今天西半部地區及澎湖、金門、馬祖易有局部霧，民眾交通往返要注意路況及航班資訊；東北風增強影響，沿海空曠地區及蘭嶼、綠島、澎湖、金門、馬祖將有8至9級強陣風。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
