淘寶買的220V燈要改成110V請益

買了個吸頂燈回來，拆開後有三張照片。
1.E27燈泡 220V的是否不能用? 要去大賣場買E27 110V的呢?
2.LED燈開關需要換嗎? 還是接110V亮度減半也沒關係?
3.分段開關，是否買個110V 500W的回來就可以用??

有爬文了，可是還是不太敢確定，請有經驗的高手協助一下!!
