財改破局　交長董座雙辭　高鐵股價暴跌逾2成

高鐵財改案破局，交通部長葉匡時、高鐵董事長范志強雙雙請辭，興櫃掛牌的高鐵今(8)日股價暴跌逾2成，目前最低一度跌至2.98元。

立法院交通委員會7日處理高鐵財政改革方案，最後決議「暫不予處理」，財改案破局，葉匡時晚間6點召開記者會，宣布請辭，而高鐵最快3、4月就破產，政府則將接管，至於民眾最關心的票價調降，短期也無望。
