曾銘宗：土銀IPO前應辦資產重估

金管會主委曾銘宗表示，贊成土銀IPO（首次公開募股）之前要資產重估，才能夠確實反映應有價格。

土銀IPO案件，今天對員工全面意見調查。土銀強調，只有少數股分會IPO，以確保國家持有土銀股份超過8成到9成。

金融監督管理委員會今天赴立法院財政委員會報告財團法人104年預算編列。

民進黨立委吳秉叡問及，有關土銀IPO，土銀工會反對的理由之一就是應資產重估，才能夠反映IPO的價值。

曾銘宗說，贊成IPO之前要辦資產重估，IPO應充分反映應有的價格。
