下東勢產業道路（天母）

今天早上騎公路車去騎天母的下東勢產業道路，就是天母東山路上文化大學那條路。

想請問各位大大：用公路車CT盤配11-28的飛輪，騎的上去嗎？尤其是中間要等紅綠燈的單向通行車道那一段～

我定桿下車牽車了，所以想問一下，是不是要三盤的大盤才上得了？
