醫療暴力！外公過世　男衝動毆打急救醫師

繼之前桃園鄉代王貴芬掌摑護理師事件，林口長庚醫院又發生一起醫療暴力事件！16日傍晚一名男子的外公，被送往長庚醫院急救，但後來病情急轉直下，男子外公不幸過世，男子一時衝動竟毆打急救醫師，醫師當場昏厥。

根據《TVBS新聞台》報導，這名男子的外公16日傍晚被送往林口長庚醫院急救，晚間11時病情突然惡化不幸死亡，男子竟衝到護理站大吼大叫，要找急救的醫師。

醫師出面後，男子就揮拳毆打醫師頭部，還呼巴掌，醫師當場倒地昏迷3到5秒鐘，現在還在住院觀察當中，且決定對男子提出傷害告訴，院方也立刻報警處理，最後被依醫療法及傷害罪嫌移送法辦。
