闖女同學閨房襲胸　劍道少年坦承「精蟲衝腦」

一名多次代表高中校隊參加比賽的19歲張姓劍道好手，因在劍道場對一名女同學日久生情，去年1月竟趁校隊寒訓時，跑到女同學的旅館房間，從後「熊抱」並伸狼爪進女學生衣服內襲胸，女同學雖受驚嚇，仍淡定勸說張男，才免遭進一步性侵。士林地院考量事後雙方和解，今輕判張男6月徒刑，緩刑2年。
 
張男和女同學同是劍道校隊，兩人平時感情良好，但女同學否認雙方是男女朋友，指控張男當晚假借「講秘密」進到她房間，不顧房內還有其他室友，將她帶進浴室後，不但先強吻她，她轉身拒絕時張男還從後方熊抱，對她上下其手，還撫摸她下體。
 
張男事後打電話向女同學道歉，稱自己「精蟲衝腦」，才會一時把持不住，希望女同學原諒，不料對話內容全遭女同學錄音存證，成為性侵鐵證。法院審酌雙方達成和解，且張男也坦承犯行，判緩刑2年，以啟自新。（吳珮如／台北報導）
