職棒前米迪亞暴龍隊老闆施建新之前接受《今周刊》採訪，自稱62年次，在日本出生、台大電機所畢業，後遭人檢舉其學經歷和年齡都造假，施還出示菲律賓護照硬要證明自己年紀真的較大，但被查出他僅高中畢業、護照也是假的，士林地檢署昨依偽造文書罪將他起訴。

施建新現改名為施允澤，他在96、97年間擔任米迪亞科技公司執行長，後買下SBL籃球隊以及中華職棒球隊，6年前在網路上發表職棒球員涉及簽賭和打假球案的文章聲名大噪。施接受《今周刊》專訪，自稱其62年次，出生於日本，學歷為台大電機研究所畢業，和史丹佛大學電機博士肄業等。

檢方調查發現，施男的中華民國護照上載明他是70年次，在日本出生，接受訪問時僅27歲，偽造文書犯行明確，檢方認為施僅高中畢業，為取信其他股東、建立專業形象才謊報，將他起訴。
