高鋒擬每股配股利1元

工具機廠高鋒去年每股純益新台幣1.5元，每股將配發1元股利。

高鋒去年受惠市場需求明顯回溫，合併營收20.19億元，創歷史新高紀錄；稅後淨利1.34億元，每股純益1.5元。

高鋒董事會決議，去年盈餘將每股配發0.6元現金股息以及0.4元股票股利。

因應建廠及購置機器設備資金需求，高鋒董事會同時決議，辦理1500萬股現金增資，暫定每股23.4元發行，預計籌措3.51億元資金。
