美對俄制裁 目標瞄向經濟

（法新社華盛頓20日電） 美國總統歐巴馬今天宣布，把更多的俄羅斯官員和1家俄國銀行列為制裁對象，並揚言要鎖定俄國經濟為目標，如果莫斯科擴大它的反烏克蘭行動。

歐巴馬在白宮說：「俄羅斯必須知道，烏克蘭情勢的進一步擴散只會讓俄國更加自絕於國際社會。」

美國的新制裁措施，是在華府早已公布的11位俄羅斯人制裁對象之外，再增添1份制裁名單，目標鎖定20位俄國議員和政府高官。

歐巴馬在俄國國會下院橡皮圖章式表決批准合併條約，把克里米亞半島納入為俄羅斯聯邦一部份後數小時，宣布對俄羅斯的新祭制裁措施。

美國的制裁舉措凍結美國管轄權內的俄官員、個人乃至企業資產，並禁止美國公司與這些俄官員、個人、企業做生意。

美國財政部長指認，新增的制裁銀行就是俄羅斯銀行（Bank Rossiya）。
