三芝、林口，冬天哪個冷？

以2013中央氣象局資料看來,應該三芝較冷,如果像今年這樣寒流來襲應該都需要暖氣!但夏天可能林口就比較熱!以資料看來林口的確比三芝應該雨量少許多!
