八里雙屍案 謝依涵判賠631萬多

八里雙屍案，死者陳進福兒子向謝依涵、呂炳宏和兩名股東求償一千多萬，士林地方法院民事庭今天判決兇嫌謝依涵判賠600萬元，另外喪葬費用則依原告主張賠償31.8萬多元；呂炳宏等三人則不負賠償責任。

法官認為，謝依涵事先謀畫殺人行為，呂炳宏等三人縱然相當注意，也不免發生此犯罪行為，因此不負賠償責任。
