沒打臉梁！萬芳不悅被牽拖

篤信基督教的梁文音，去年曾言「同性戀朋友是需要被神愛、被神恢復的」，引起人權者不滿，日前萬芳在電台節目中播放梁文音新歌〈愛其實很殘忍〉時，表示「愛有時候真的很殘忍，尤其是以愛之名，行恨之實的時候。」讓網友讚好，直指打臉梁文音的無知言行。

「打臉說」讓萬芳感到相當錯愕，她於9日在臉書發文，「這次節目的內容被特別節錄出來，並寫著｢打臉｣這樣的文字，有些錯愕。我想被牽涉的人，沒有人會舒服。」並表示不清楚梁之前的發言，播歌時，單純針對歌詞或歌名抒發。

而梁文音在崩潰神隱多日後，於8日出面表示「恢復」兩字在她理解中並非惡意，「對我來說恢復是安慰，對我來說是祝福。」但是網友仍覺得「基本上，梁文音怎麼看都只是在炒作新聞！這件事真有這麼嚴重嗎？我想再嚴重也沒有她當時說同志需要被神恢復那時候嚴重吧？」、「不是所有同志都是基督徒，無法理解她所說的被恢復是安慰，祝福的意思。就算是基督徒的同志，也許也不認為自己需要被安慰。」

我希望自己能有更多的智慧來面對這個世界。

當記者打電話給我的經紀人，經紀人在第一時間已表達我並不知道關於梁文音曾經說過的話。

那天＜ i散步＞節目中因電台業務配合播放梁文音的新歌｢愛其實很殘忍｣，當下純粹是就歌名延伸，聯想到這個世界很多地方的文化、傳統、習俗在愛的名義下讓很多人被殘忍對待。 而在節目中播放｢Same Love｣已許多次，大概每次播放都會透過這首歌來祝福。

這次節目的內容被特別節錄出來，並寫著｢打臉｣這樣的文字，有些錯愕。我想被牽涉的人，沒有人會舒服。

我曾透過不同音樂人的作品，分享一些思考。 播放｢I Need your loving｣這首關懷流浪動物的作品時，分享以認養代替購買寵物的討論。 曾播放｢屠宰場之窗｣這首歌，分享著當我們護衛著狗狗時，也希望其他如雞豬牛羊等生命也可以免於恐懼。 喜歡｢那種女孩｣這首歌提出的不同美學觀點。 曾分享關於非洲女孩｢被切除的人生｣書的閱讀。 在農曆年來到時，也曾分享有些人好怕回家，有些女孩因為傳統習俗而不能回家。

音樂的創作來自音樂人生命體驗的分享。 聆聽者延伸出許多思考。 有時候甚至讓我們在裡面找到理解與答案。 有時候聽到熟悉的歌我們的心就突然的柔軟起來。 這是十多年來我在廣播節目裡很感動也很感謝的。

節目裡的話語，純粹因歌名的聯想而延伸，沒有要針對或諷刺任何人。 希望不要再牽扯與延伸偏離的情緒。這一切並非初衷。 也希望透過安靜的力量，思考如何才不會讓部份的情緒一直繼續。

網路時代，每個人手上都有一支麥克風。 希望透過這次事件的這面鏡子來觀照自己的心。

如果這一切的發生必有其意義。 我接受。並等待。 祈願能有更多的智慧。 祝福。 讓我們進入更理性與溫柔的路上。

邱淑貞婚後專心相夫教子，長女沈月和她如同一個模子刻出來的，13歲外型亭亭玉立，打垮一票女星；10歲次女沈日個性好動，日前與父母友人出外逛街，雖穿著裙子仍直接抬腳試鞋，行為相當大剌剌。

據港媒報導，父母沈嘉偉、邱淑貞不在身旁，沈日彷彿自由許多，先是不顧一切豪邁試穿鞋子，隨後在蛋糕店跳起芭蕾舞，流露活潑個性。但一回到父母身旁，她又變身乖乖女，除了靜靜陪在身旁，還主動幫沈嘉偉提包包，十分孝順。沈月則一路黏在邱淑貞身旁，雖穿著簡單制服仍藏不住星味，被港媒讚是娛樂圈績優股。

台灣大學教授「高齡化」　教育部擬放寬升等現制

台灣的大學教授年齡越來越高，預計10年後老化狀況會更嚴重，平均教授會達60到65歲，副教授更有84%在45歲以上。教育部長吳思華表示，教育部會在大學轉型方案會中進行討論，預計明年1月提出完整解決方法，包含縮短博士的就讀年限或是放寬升等限制等。

立委蔣乃辛9日在立法院教育文化委員會質詢時指出，科技部的研究顯示，國內大學助理教授有40.8%年齡介於35至44歲之間，而十年前的教授平均年齡在40至44歲之間，今年則在45至49歲，雖然在教學上沒有太大問題，但是在「創新」部分就可能有困難。

根據科技部的研究發現，大學院校在政府20年前鬆綁高等教育後，10年內大增87間學校，專任教師的需求也從原本約1.6萬，提高到4.4萬之多。不過，在面臨少子化的狀況，以及大學不再擴張之後，教授的需求大幅降低，所以平均年齡也有越來越大的趨勢。

吳思華也在質詢時被問到，是幾歲取得博士？幾歲開始任教？他指出，29歲拿到博士，並同時在政大當副教授。他還表示，國內大學教師的缺額較少，許多人在取得博士學位之後，不能直接找到教職工作，只能等待機會，且即使當上助理教授，在短期內難以升等，通常要到8年才有機會。

因此，吳思華指出，教育部會在明年1月提出「大學轉型方案」，其中也會有降低博士取得學位的時間，以及助理教授升等放寬的辦法等，讓年輕的博士們的未來有更多發展機會。

學童發想 畫出心中的國旗

〔自由時報記者張聰秋／彰化報導〕不落俗套的國慶慶生好有亮點！今天是雙十國慶日，彰化市平和國小昨天在校園舉辦國慶日闖關活動，讓學童發揮創意設計一面自己心目中最能代表台灣的國旗，鴿子、太陽、五線譜等圖案和積極正向的勉勵話，都是學童發揮創意的元素，作品特色十足。

活動融合三個關卡的闖關遊戲，第一關「我的國旗」，第二關「我生日大祝福」，第三關「國旗猜猜」，學童拿出自己設計繪製的國旗通過首關，接下來讓學童說出三種不同國家語言祝福台灣生日快樂，最後分辨出五個國家的國旗，完成闖關。

學生設計的國旗五彩繽紛，創意十足。六年級的林柏遠說，「我畫的國旗上面有力求卓越、精益求精的國家，代表台灣的未來充滿光明。」六年級的劉姵妤則用鴿子和顏色凸顯台灣獨特之處；她說，鴿子象徵和平，綠色代表生生不息、紅色代表熱情和愛心，她畫的國旗代表台灣永保一顆堅定不移的心追求世界和平。

也有喜歡音樂的學童用音符和五線譜畫出可愛的國旗，還有學童設計的國旗是用白色和藍色組成的斜邊三角形，白色是雲朵，藍色是天空，學童開心地說，希望臺灣未來都是海闊天空，做什麼事都很厲害。

校長林水木說，校方結合國慶日，規劃輕鬆活潑的英語學習活動，提高學童語言學習興趣，更知道國家的重要性、提升對國家的認同感，小朋友玩得開心覺得滿有意義。

翻牆為便便？　警查無排泄物送辦

高市一名李姓男子（29歲，毒品、竊盜前科）昨傍晚獨自一人騎車到小港區博學路，翻牆進入臨海工業區服務中心環境維護隊疑行竊，沒料一進入就觸動場區警報器。保全公司接報立刻通知現場莊姓保全前往察看，一到現場正好看見李男翻出圍牆欲逃逸，立刻上前抓住李男並報案。

警方到場未發現李男身上有贓物，帶回調查李稱：「進去想找廁所大便，但警鈴一直響且找不到廁所，只好在草地上『便便』」，否認入內行竊。警方雖懷疑李男目的是想行竊，但未找到李男所稱的排泄物，因此訊後依侵入住居地罪嫌移送法辦。（楊適群╱高雄報導）

前幾天購入的USB3.0擴充卡產品： http://goods.ruten.com.tw/item/qa?21310310993833#qna 經過測速結果，似乎跑不出USB3.0的速度 測試環境: OS: Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 945 MB: GA-MA785GPMT-UD2H (PCI-E X1 ver1.0) PSU: 康舒i-Power 560W (使用4年) 測試隨身硬碟: Buffalo PZU3 1.0TB USB3.0 2.5吋 (5400 rpm) Crystal Dismark測試Seq read只有40MB/sec 實際以8GB影片單檔測速與在USB2.0 HUB速度無異 這顆硬碟在MAC OSX下測速(blackmagic)讀寫都有60~70 mb/s 不知道是哪個環節出了問題? 是電源老化嗎? 還是這張卡...有點問題？ 另外想請問隨身硬碟插上USB3.0指示燈顯示藍色跟USB2.0顯示綠色的機制是什麼啊？ 測試時隨身硬碟的燈號指示燈為綠色(usb2.0)，非usb3.0的藍色 插入時windows也會建議請改用超高速USB3.0設備 p.s. 驅動已正確安裝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.40.105.64 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/hardware/M.1412920597.A.C67.html

昨天去看了痞子英雄 覺得真的跟第一集差的有點多 但是一開始的爆破場面真的有讓我驚豔 還是給個普雷 (防雷一下) 一開始橋上爆破,跟飛車追逐真的讓我有點驚豔到 讓我覺得這真的是在台灣拍的嗎 國片居然能做出這種大場面 也只有痞子英雄吧 但我覺得有些演員的演技方面真的會讓人有點出戲 蔡導這集的企圖感覺是想讓林更新取代痞子的角色 但林更新的大陸腔真的讓我有點出戲 東區分局陳真(明明就大陸人的口音) 後面有幾句 果然你還是需要我吧 這邊不太懂什麼意思 也沒搞笑的成分 還有那個女配角 雖然長的很正 但是那個幫英雄打氣的手勢 那一幕也好乾 後來才發現西恩是蔡導讓我有點嚇到 因為有壞到格鬥戲也真的很不錯 不過他們兄妹的感情真的讓我沒辦法入戲 然後覺得除了火箭之外 這集又出現了病毒的梗 有點不太知道活體培育病毒演化會發生什麼事 這集好笑的地方變少了 有挑戰好萊烏動作片的企圖 最後一點就是我不知道為什麼恐怖份子裡面總是有許多外國人 那個很強的外國妹 造型也太像決戰異世界的女主角了吧 大概給個六七分吧 以上 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 219.68.163.55 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/movie/M.1412918329.A.0BF.html

酒後爆口角 表哥開槍打表弟

花蓮市區昨晚驚傳槍響！一名林姓男子受表弟邀請到釣蝦場聚餐，但是幾杯黃湯下肚後2人爆發口角，林姓男子怒嗆表弟，信不信我馬上拿槍來開，接著打電話撂人帶槍到釣蝦場，林姓男子往表弟開了一槍，打中左手臂，幸好當時現場員工聽見槍響，馬上跳出來勸架並且企圖奪槍，才沒有造成更嚴重的後果，而目前帶槍共犯還在逃，警方正全力追緝中。

國慶前夕，到釣蝦場娛樂放鬆一下，門口卻拉起黃色封鎖線，還有多名員警正在場內蒐證調查，花蓮市一間釣蝦場，9日晚間9點多發生一起槍擊案，一名30幾歲的林姓男子和表弟到釣蝦場聚餐，沒想到酒後2人發生口角。

林姓男子氣得撂下狠話，「你信不信我馬上拿槍來開」，接著打電話叫人2分鐘內拿槍過來，後來果真有名男子帶著槍枝進入釣蝦場，林姓男子碰的開一槍打中表弟左手臂，痛的他倒地哀號喊救命，不過幸好當時現場有位正義哥跑來勸架，沒有造成更嚴重的後果。

員警：「現場的員工，在他們吵架的時候就上前來勸架，然後在看到他開槍之後，也試圖來奪槍。」

見義勇為的釣蝦場員工，搏鬥中弄得全身都是血，卻還是讓帶槍的共犯給溜了，而林姓男子和中槍的表弟，目前都被送往醫院治療，警方正循線清查槍枝來源，要將逃跑的共犯逮捕歸案。

冒姊應訊 扯出母女3人全被通緝

〔自由時報記者吳仁捷／新北報導〕面容姣好的女子古皇英，因妨害風化案被發布通緝8年，多年來冒用胞姊古子宴身分躲避查緝，板橋分局昨凌晨到卡拉OK臨檢時，古女再度謊報胞姊身分，卻踢到鐵板，當警方告知她被通緝時，古女還一臉鎮定直道不可能，沒料到她的姊姊、母親都因涉及森林法，在今年被台東地檢署發布通緝。

警方說，因40歲的古皇英一人冒名應訊，不僅讓到警局探視的老母親通緝身分曝光被逮，須從新北市被押解到台東歸案，一家三口全被通緝的糗事也被起底。
