蘇格蘭獨立公投，獨派落敗。但台灣獨派對此次公投讚譽有佳，認為是真正了實踐民主法治。問題是，台灣的現狀不同於英國和蘇格蘭，台獨的問題更顯複雜。

民進黨執政時，陳水扁為了安撫獨派人士，拋出一邊一國、制憲正名、中華民國四階段論和「第二共和憲法」議題，大玩文字遊戲，藉以撕裂人民情感，達到統治的目的。

扁政府執政八年期間，天災人禍不斷，經濟蕭條，政治混亂，貪瀆腐化嚴重，陳水扁撐到下台，貪污案三審定讞，目前身陷囹圄，可見民進黨識人不清。重點在於，陳水扁一意孤行，當時的黨內菁英，沒人敢振聾發嘳，才讓扁為所欲為，如此鄉愿無能，道德勇氣何在？

憲法修改多次，架構不變，還是在中華民國的保護傘下。台獨運動家，怪罪阿扁不履行獨立建國或制憲正名的承諾，殊不知台獨當時不被多數民眾贊同，（目前台獨的支持律略微增高）美國、日本、歐盟等也不表支持，若無堅強之軍力相挺，光靠吹牛皮是不成的。國內擺不平，國外又說不清；謊話說太多，再騙已不可能。台獨根本沒有成功的可能性，民進黨是該醒醒了！

台獨思想早已崩盤，被認為是謊言、假話。獨派大老辜寬敏曾說要凍結舊憲法、制定「中華民國第二憲法」、放棄「四不」承諾，展開第二波民主改革運動。二00八年政黨再度輪替，證明都是空話、笑話，自淫式的言論罷了。民眾若不健忘，陳水扁曾說過：「台獨，在他任內，做不到就是做不到」，才是唯一的真話。

民進黨派系惡鬥嚴重，從二008年總統敗選到促成阿扁「回鍋」，都可見徵兆；黨內沉淪敗壞，不見改革視野，主因在於台獨無知，泛綠支持者縱容所致。
中國盲人律師陳光誠拜會民進黨主席蘇貞昌，提到台獨的主張，他說「『獨』這個概念，在台灣已經過時了」，此話暮鼓晨鐘，一棒敲醒台獨份子的夢想。

鳳凰颱風來襲，北高雄岡山、湖內地區今天上午風雨不大，包括岡山嘉興里、燕巢角宿里等以往容易淹水的地區都沒有傳出災情，臨海的台17線則有零星的樹枝掉落，興達港附近則有一處建築工地圍籬倒塌，不過都沒有造成人員傷亡。
 
鳳凰颱風掃過南台灣，北高雄地區從昨晚起風雨不大，嘉興、角宿等容易淹水的區域都沒有淹水，讓居民鬆了一口氣，但居民們還是不敢大意，隨時提高警覺，深怕颱風尾帶來大雨。
 
沿海地區的風勢稍大，僅有間歇性的雨勢，台17線濱海公路僅有部分路樹樹枝掉落，不影響交通，興達港則是停了不少避風頭的漁船，鄰近漁港的民生路則有一處建築工地圍籬被風吹倒，所幸沒有砸到過往人車。（陳宏瑞／高雄報導）

受輕颱鳳凰颱風外圍環流影響，馬祖海面巨浪，今天基隆往返馬祖的「臺馬輪」停航，馬祖往返馬尾小三通全日停航。「馬祖之星」往莒光航班公告取消，南竿、北竿海運長「金龍號」停航、南北航業10時後停航，立榮航空松山到馬祖航班全數取消，馬祖對外交通關閉關島。
 
上午，仍有旅客至南竿機場立榮櫃台劃位，大廳顯得冷清，台馬輪及小三通旅客候船大廳門可羅雀，福澳碼頭往返離島的客輪都已停泊靠位，乘客廣場空無1人，下午風力增強，南竿漁港碼頭，漁民正把在海堤下的小船吊離到地上，以防範巨浪侵襲。(胡依北／馬祖報導)

韓國夯團「Super Junior」（SJ）前晚起在首爾蠶室室內體育館，召開「Super Show 6」（六巡）演唱會，今台灣時間下午3點，舉辦第3場演出，恰好是SJ辦巡演以來第100場演出，也是首組開滿100場演唱會的韓國偶像，飛行距離約繞地球10圈，他們稍早在演唱會場辦記者會分享喜悅。

利特7月底退伍後歸隊開唱，今辦記者會時，親自擔綱主持人，自己CUE成員們拍照，還要團員們都擺出幸福的表情，供攝影記者拍攝。今天將是SJ第100場演唱會，提到未來目標時，厲旭說：「想到地球以外的星球演出。」讓成員七嘴八舌討論後說：「要去月球嗎？」始源則說：「之後還想繞地球50圈開唱，會好好注意健康。」該巡演下月先到東京表演，之後預計來台開唱。（林奕雯／首爾報導）
