重機界小有名氣的女騎士阿曼達(曼哥)，18號下午2時許，在新北市碧潭橋與安坑路口停等紅燈時，被其他車友從後方拍到以布條遮住大牌其中一個英文字母，並PO上網路，引發車友議論，阿曼達則不滿其中許多車友發表對她有人身攻擊的言論，回應的語氣疑似要對這些車友提出告訴。

這篇文章是發表在TMA大型重機車車友協會，發表人左岸，在文中表示:有錢買車，沒錢繳罰單，照片中可看出，大牌的其中一個英文字母被布條遮住，文章引發車友議論，有車友要發表人看清楚布條怎麼綁的，再來評論，但發表人找到稍早該車在山上的追焦照，並放大車牌處，表示布條是牢牢綁在大牌與牌架上，根本不是綁在他處再移動過去的。

臉書社團的網友紛紛在下面留言，「你確定她没錢嗎？曼哥不是大家說的那種人，那不就團跑的布條没拿下，這樣有很什好炮的……」，「you，北七。綁大牌不如綁手臂上，看起來也比較帥。護航的那位先生也不用太激動，畢竟遮了的用意只有車主才知道。」，「曼姐才不是這種人」，「我很想罵他沒懶教 沒想到她真的沒懶教XD」

阿曼達本人則在臉書上直接擷取部分車友臉書大頭貼，並發文表示:口出穢言的，不好意思嚕，敬請期待等著收禮物吧，疑似要對這些車友提出告訴。(李銘宏/新北報導)

針對國民黨台北市長參選人連勝文呼籲對手柯文哲上網公開財產清單接受全民檢驗，在野聯盟台北市長參選人柯文哲上午出席尹甸基金會活動時表示，「我上網公告，你也上網公告，就這樣！」他強調，不願意陷入對方的細節，因為已全部公開，「我哪裡犯法，你就去提告！」

柯文哲說，「我非常厭惡這種烏賊戰，從興票案、宇昌案，再到MG149，這種惡劣抹黑選舉應該要停止。」他強調，任何人拿連勝文的委託書都可以來看，也要求對手以同樣的標準要求自己，大家在共同的基礎上一起面對台北市民的檢驗。

柯文哲今表示，他公布競選經費、財產清單、所得清單，也公布SIGU福利互助金的項目，全部的細帳，希望對手以同樣的標準要求自己，連勝文也公布競選經費、財產清單、所得清單，以及有關的基金會細目。

對於總部管制擺放帳目資料的地方，柯文哲說，總部有安全運作與資料安全的考量，總部的資料若一個墨水潑下去就全部都毀了，而且那是原始資料。他強調，「只要拿連勝文的委託書來，都讓你看」，事實上不必限3天，再寬限一個禮拜也可以；同樣地，「我也可以拿我的委託書派人去查你的帳，大家一起接受社會公評，你們連家有什麼資格和我談廉潔？」（林修卉／台北報導）

本報訊

受鳳凰颱風來襲影響，台北市長郝龍斌原定今晚出訪行程暫緩，並要求各單位全力做好防颱準備。

台北市政府今天表示，由於鳳凰颱風來襲，郝龍斌將延後既定今晚前往美國紐約出席2014城市氣候領導獎頒獎典禮行程，現將視颱風動態及風雨對台北市的影響而定，並要求各單位全力做好準備，提早因應，絕不可掉以輕心。

北市府說，台北市以「清淨空氣-來自你的行動（Clean Air-It's your move）」計畫，成為亞洲唯一城市入圍空氣品質獎項外，也將和倫敦、紐約、首爾等25個城市的提案，競逐民眾票選獎殊榮。

此外，頒獎典禮將於台北時間23日上午7時在美國紐約市舉辦；郝龍斌原訂20日至24日赴紐約出席。(中央社)

本報訊

退役周姓飛官涉嫌被大陸鎮姓男子吸收後，涉洩漏、協助刺探機密給大陸。台北地檢署今天依違反國安法將兩人聲押禁見獲准。

辦案人員查出，鎮男在他人牽線下結識周男，並加以吸收，周男於是涉嫌洩漏服役期間掌握的機密給大陸相關人士，輾轉交付大陸情治單位；周男還協助引薦現役及退役飛官給陸方人士。

本案原本由台灣高等法院檢察署以涉外患罪偵辦聲請羈押兩人，但高院審理後認為他們涉及國防以外機密，不屬高檢署管轄範圍，裁定駁回；本案改由台北地檢署偵辦。

北檢今天凌晨依兩人違反國安法，有逃亡、串證之虞，向台北地院聲押。台北地院裁定指出，周男坦言有介紹現役或退役飛官給陸方人士，並交付相關資料，鎮男也坦承有介紹周男等人給陸方人士。

法官訊後認為兩人涉嫌重大、且頻繁往返兩岸，疑似還有共犯未到案，有串證、逃亡之虞，裁定兩人羈押禁見。(中央社)

唐獎漢學獎得主余英時今天在中研院與青年學生進行「與漢學大師對談」，會中他表示，民主社會的言論、集會、思想表達自由，表現在公民對政府政策的抗爭，而抗爭方式應有人文修養、不應暴力。

余英時表示，台灣太陽花學運與香港學生占領中環行動，前者和平理性退出立院，後者打出「愛與和平」口號，且兩地學生互相聲援，令他非常感動。

余英時今天在演講時大談人文修養與民主，他說，中國五四運動引入西方社會重要的民主與科學價值，兩者共同支點就是開放的態度。不過，現今社會科技廣受大家接受，已不用在提倡，但「更應注重的是民主社會與人文修養」。

余英時說，民主社會也應該是有修養的社會；但有禮貌、客氣，並不等同不辨是非，若不同意政府政策，可以「有文化、有人文修養地抗爭」。

標題[討論] 輪班工作 Ex.做二休二
