訴求!!! 側面呈現超完美弧度 短髮看似好整理，但有自然捲 不燙直，不行 剪得不好，還是不行 剪得好，不會整理，絕對不行 我想要的是 一直都短髮有型的小S 就像這次的成品照 http://ppt.cc/Vhe0 每3、4個月都想飛來找Doris`` 也是上次才知道這個完全沒架子的美女是店長?? 燙短髮是省時的，最極致是有等過三個多小時 基本都不過三小時，像我的好室友每次都要5小時不等 而這次的燙後感想就是他們所謂的新藥水和舊藥水的差別 說是資生堂的新寵兒 瑰美特 是滿夠力的，頭髮會水亮水亮的 但我不想去論斷大家的燙後感，是和我雷同 而肉眼上和手摸起來論，可用個廣告詞，髮質柔順動人 燙完回家後，更不是結束，是開始 強烈要求大家跟我一樣， 要每天個人的居家護髮秘技 (買藥妝店的就行，在下是屈x氏常客) 這次特別給了技術面的吹髮難題，就是吹出如小S的頭髮蓬度 難吹自然捲是因，要有好方法是果 好方法!!!也是經過多次教導後愈學愈順 就一片片的分層吹，接著用大圓梳從髮根處捲起 和大圓梳是平行的方向，往髮尾吹 只要耐心吹，頭髮都有型又順 也要記得先到屈x氏買有抗熱功能的產品，較不傷髮 如果真懶到翻面了，就吹最上面那幾層頭髮也行 而Doris也建議，加個澎澎水和定型液 讓造型更持久，不要用澎澎”粉”！會產生看似噁心的頭皮屑 很抱歉，多說了吹髮的小技巧，希望是有人需要的 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 27.241.162.99 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/hairdo/M.1411176244.A.342.html

| 鳳凰颱風牛步北轉 暴風圈延至今晚觸陸

輕度颱風鳳凰今天上午8時中心位置在鵝鑾鼻南方約320公里海面上，以時速13轉16公里速度向北移動，持續朝台灣逼近。中央氣象局持續發布海上陸上颱風警報，過去3小時鳳凰颱風移動速度偏慢，預計暴風圈影響台灣時間延後到今晚，中心則要等到明天上午才會從南端陸地登陸，提醒民眾要提早做好防颱準備。
根據氣象局觀測資料顯示，鳳凰颱風目前暴風圈半徑約150公里，中心昨傍晚進入巴士海峽後，強度正在重整中，預估未來有機會稍微增強一些，接近台灣時不排除強度達到輕度颱風上限或中度颱風下限。
目前陸上警戒區域包括台東、高雄、屏東及台南地區。氣象局簡任技正伍婉華指出，今天白天受到鳳凰颱風外圍環流影響，目前台東、屏東等地區已有零星降雨出現，不過其他地區仍然晴朗高溫，預計暴風圈逐漸影響陸地後，今晚到明天清晨雨勢會逐漸向北擴展，明天一整天將是颱風影響最明顯的時候，屆時全台各地都可能籠罩暴風圈範圍內。
伍婉華說，目前鳳凰颱風所處的位置導引氣流並不明顯，預期今天白天開始會逐漸加速，但任何一點導引氣流都會造成颱風北轉角度及方向不同，影響台灣的時間及情況也會有變化，氣象局正密切注意中，也請民眾隨時留意最新預報。
氣象局持續發布豪雨特報，今天台東、恆春半島及南部山區有局部大豪雨或超大豪雨，超大豪雨(日累積雨量達350毫米以上)區域包括台東及屏東，大豪雨(日累積雨量達200毫米以上)範圍包括高雄及花蓮。
另外，今天東部山區也有局部豪雨或大豪雨，南部、東部、東北部地區及北部山區、中部山區有局部大雨或豪雨，北部地區有局部大雨發生機會，提醒民眾要注意坍方、落石、土石流及溪水暴漲。（張勵德／台北報導）

| 亞運女子射擊決賽 吳佳穎排名第6

台灣女子神射手吳佳穎，今天上午在2014仁川亞運女子10公尺空氣手槍資格賽繳出383分晉級決賽，可惜稍晚進行的決賽她以116.6分排名第6，淘汰出局，未能替中華代表團再添獎牌，最終中國選手張夢園以202.2分奪金。
「證件妹」吳佳穎是今年世界錦標賽個人銀牌，亞運的也是中華隊陣中表現最佳的女射手，稍早她先和隊友杜禕依姿、田家榛聯手繳出1141分，拿下女團銀牌。
依照規則，晉級決賽的選手資格賽成績不算，每人射完6發後，接下來每輪只擊發2次，分數最低的選手淘汰，一路淘汰到金牌出爐。
吳佳穎前10發射完和南韓選手並列第4，不過第11、12發她拿下19.1分，但南韓對手表現更優飆出20.6，吳佳穎遺憾出局。（龍柏安／仁川報導）

 烏政府叛軍協議 擬設非軍事區

（中央社明斯克19日綜合外電報導）法新社報導，烏克蘭政府和分離主義分子雙方談判代表在白俄羅斯首都明斯克會談後表示，雙方今早同意停止戰鬥，並設立30公里的非軍事區，以便實現烏克蘭東部長久和平。
代表基輔當局的烏克蘭前總統庫契馬（LeonidKuchma）在明斯克（Minsk）會後告訴記者：「我們已簽署備忘錄。」
分離主義派領袖普洛特尼斯基（Igor Plotnitsky）表示，這份文件應有助創建「完全安全的地區」。
普洛特尼斯基也表示，雙邊未談及叛軍占領的盧甘斯克（Lugansk）和頓內茨（Donetsk）地區現況。(中央社)

鳳凰颱風過境，恆春半島今天早上持續下小雨，墾丁已出現長浪；東港到小琉球的交通船7時40分後停駛。
屏東市早上仍然陽光露臉，恆春半島則是從昨天的間歇雨轉換成今天早上的持續小雨，恆春氣象站表示，恆春今天的雨量到早上7時30分是26毫米，浪高1.5公尺，最大陣風7級，已開始出現長浪。
恆春氣象站表示，預計傍晚的風雨會變大。
東港到小琉球的交通船今天公船停駛，民營船從早上6時30分到7時40分開出6航次，將小琉球遊客接運到東港後停駛。(中央社)

（中央社紐約/舊金山19日綜合外電報導）蘋果公司新一代手機iPhone 6和iPhone 6 Plus在美國開賣，吸引3C迷在紐約、舊金山等城市專賣店外大排長龍，初期需求強勁，美國部分店家的iPhone 6 Plus已銷售一空。
路透社報導，舊金山市中心的蘋果專賣店今天開賣新機，昨晚就有近70人在店門口排隊。
在紐約第五大道的蘋果專賣店，排隊人龍超過10個街區，專賣店員工在早上8點開店前以跨年倒數方式帶領大家齊喊倒數開門，並與等候已久的顧客擊掌。
彭博報導，紐約曼哈頓上西城（Upper West Side）蘋果專賣店的iPhone 6 Plus已全數售罄，曼哈頓有些電信業者的賣店今晨也已賣光iPhone 6 Plus。在波特蘭市中心，排隊等著搶購新機的顧客也說iPhone 6Plus早就賣完了。
在新機開賣前1天就有跡象顯示，新機可能供不應求。新機開始預購的頭24小時內，螢幕較大的iPhone 6Plus就已公告顧客將延後出貨3到4週，iPhone 6也會延後7到10天出貨。
在波特蘭，19歲大學生阮柯瑞（Cory Nguyen，音譯）說，他本來想買iPhone 6 Plus，但店員告訴排隊的顧客說iPhone 6 Plus已經售罄，他只好買下2支iPhone 6，打算轉賣給追求時髦的同學。
33歲的勃恩斯（Benitez Burns）為了iPhone 6Plus，在曼哈頓上西城排隊13個小時，但6 Plus早已賣光，勃恩斯說「我不能空手而回」，打算改買iPhone 6並試用看看。
451 Research LLC分析師侯艾（Carl Howe）說，蘋果本週末可能售出1200萬到1500萬支新手機。
桑福德伯恩斯坦公司（Sanford C. Bernstein &Co.）分析師沙柯納吉（Toni Sacconaghi）在給投資人的備忘錄中預測蘋果週末賣出700萬至800萬台新機，可能不及去年iPhone 5s和5c開賣首週末的900萬台，並說這有部分是因為供貨限制以及中國大陸不在第一波開賣國家名單中。（譯者：中央社樂羽嘉）1030920
