標題[問題] Win7兩問

今天我開電腦時，好像進行Windows Update還是什麼軟體的更新後。 我的作業系統出現變化，讓我很不習慣： 一、視窗最下面那排以「開始」為首、以顯示桌面按鈕為底的那條長工具條。 最初我調成像是雲母般的半透明色，可以隱約透看到桌面。現變成單色的 　　紫灰色，而且不透明。 二、我的Windows media player 及 real player本來都可以看.wmv視訊檔， 但現在突然看.wmv視訊檔變得有聲無影。早前我已經灌過最好版本的 「暴風影音」轉碼器（編碼器？），早已解決這類問題了，怎麼今天又突 　　然冒出這問題來？ 懇請知道是什麼原因所致、或怎麼解決恢復我想要的原貌的網友，指點迷津。 感激不盡。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 219.85.251.202 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Windows/M.1411174298.A.3CE.html

看到這篇真的忍不住上來回一下 小弟目前在半導體擔任製程 為什麼科技業喜歡研究所畢業 因為就像推文講的~一般來說 研究所畢業比較有獨立思考解決問題的能力 (當然你說一些阿沙布魯混畢業還是小嫩嫩一定也有) 只是機率上比較找到上面講的有獨立作業的能力 這就是公司要的~四大module: litho etch thinflim diff. 各module一堆機台，而且還分不同機型 加上process flow 從投片到最後電性測試然後出貨 少說300-400個步驟，你想有可能生產過程都沒問題嗎 當然不可能啊!!!，產線總是有一堆問題要解決 新的客戶，新的產品，新的spec. 總是有很多製程問題要克服 你想老闆有可能都知道答案嗎? 不可能嘛 不然請你幹嘛 所以需要有能夠獨立找出問題的能力 然後你要引導你的老闆往製程好做，機台好顧的方向去走 回到讀研究所的意義，一個題目全台灣有多少人在做 講真的~不是很重要 重要的是你能不能在研究的過程中 找到別人沒有發現的關點或是一些能夠改進的地方 然後在meetting的時候提出來，基本上 你能夠對自己的題目提出能夠走的路然後跟指導教授討論 教授通常都會接受你的想法然後給你一些feedbcak 很多人做的題目可能難突破，但相對reference很多 不一定是件壞事情，各有利弊 正常的情況是，最後要畢業的時候你應該才是最懂論文的人 除了自己指導教授真的有可能很懂之外，其他陪審教授不太可能都懂 你只要畫虎爛不要太誇張，陪審教授也只能從邏輯上指證妳的錯誤 所以總結一下念研究所學到的兩件事情 1.學會獨立作業，發現問題，解決問題的能力 2.要學會畫虎爛，把事情引導到對你有利的方向，不然你會做死 當然教授也不是笨蛋，所以defence的能力要培養，不要問一下就掛了 大概就這樣，開始工作以後其實蠻懷念學生時代 真的很爽 可以享受的時候好好把握，可以爽的時間不多了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.225.33.188 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1411174181.A.990.html

台灣的珍珠奶茶從適應法國市場到大受歡迎，花了10年時間，現在在巴黎要喝珍奶很容易，但有的老闆來自中國大陸或越南，台灣藉著巴黎外國文化週，辦珍奶饗宴，宣傳正宗名號。

巴黎每年秋天舉辦「外國文化週」，提倡文化多樣性，各國無不卯足全力推廣自己的特色。

今年的文化週主題為「飲食文化」，駐法國台灣文化中心今天在代表處舉辦「珍奶饗宴」，邀請台灣及法國友人共享源自台灣的珍珠奶茶，並結合旅法服裝設計師洪麗芬的時裝走秀。

珍珠奶茶由台灣人開的「珍珠茶館」提供，很快就一掃而空，有些法國人第一次嘗試，覺得口感特別，還向旁人詢問茶館地址，打算再度消費。

台灣的珍珠奶茶發源於1980年代，進入法國市場也有10多年時間，但由於成分單純、製作簡單又受歡迎，漸漸有法國、中國大陸和越南業者也賣起珍珠奶茶。

喝過多次珍珠奶茶的法國人瑞納爾（Frank Renard）受訪時說，越南餐廳賣的珍奶，粉圓比較大顆也比較硬，但除此之外，與台灣的沒有太大差別。

他承認，多數法國人不知道珍奶來自台灣，這對標榜美食文化的台灣不太有利，應該打造一個品牌標識，告訴大家台灣才是正宗。

駐法代表呂慶龍也很關切宣傳珍奶是「台灣製」。他表示，法國是消費型社會，只要顧及食品安全、品質好、服務佳，法國人不在意多花1、2歐元。他鼓勵業者思考如何宣傳，但總歸一句，品質和創意才是最好的保障，否則替代性很高。

與台灣有關的其他外國文化週活動還有電影欣賞，包括「飲食男女」、「總舖師」、「無米樂」3片，還有茶道示範、法蘭西院士皮特（Jean-Robert Pitte）與美食家謝忠道的「東西美食對談」、台灣文學學者關首奇（Gwennael Gaffric）和博士生李各（Damien Ligot）的飲食與文學講座等節目。

另外，當代傳奇劇場的長青戲碼「李爾在此」，由吳興國獨挑大梁，下週也將在巴黎演出。

阿里巴巴今天在紐約證交所掛牌，交易首日股價飆漲38%，收93.89美元。創辦人馬雲說，這顯示投資人對阿里的信任；對於躍升中國大陸首富，他表示，「一點感覺也沒有」。

阿里巴巴股價上午開盤即竄升至92.70美元，較IPO每股定價68美元高出許多，之後投資人持續加碼，接近中午前，一度飆漲至99.70美元接近百元，下午4時每股收在93.89美元，大漲25.89美元，漲幅達38%。

中國大陸的電子商務龍頭首次公開發行上市，反映大陸消費階層崛起的現象。「紐約時報」（New YorkTimes）形容，投資者可能認為，這是伴隨中國大陸經濟增長最好的機會。

上午在證交所象徵式敲鐘掛牌交易後，馬雲接連接受CNBC等美國電視台訪問，神情相當愉悅自信。中午會見了華文媒體，這次大陸及港澳媒體來了1、200人，相當龐大。

馬雲表示，15年前阿里巴巴剛成立，從沒想過在紐約上市，縱使1、兩年前也沒想過，透過阿里巴巴在美上市，相信中國大陸資本市場未來更加開放，且開放幅度更大。

羅伊在網誌中寫道，她一直等到兒童保護服務局調查正式結束，確定她沒有任何違法或過失，以「無關緊要」（non-event）論定結案，才把事情寫出來。

網誌中寫道，某個週1的上午，她的8歲女兒與6歲兒子一起帶著小狗到公園玩，後來女兒想帶狗先回家，兒子便獨自留著繼續玩。公園距離家裡大約150碼（137公尺），從家裡也可以看得到公園的狀況。

羅伊寫道，兒子在公園玩耍才約15分鐘，就有不認識的陌生鄰居前來敲門，說是看到有孩子獨自在公園玩，沒有大人在旁照顧，怕有危險或意外，所以好心帶他回家。羅伊表示，鄰居出於善意，雖然過度熱心，但不想花時間爭辯或解釋，向鄰居道謝就讓兒子留在屋裡。

她表示，沒多久又聽到有人敲門，想不到上門的卻是警察。女警詢問是否孩子剛剛獨自留在公園、是否沒有大人看管照顧等問題，記下羅伊與孩子的個人資料之後便離開。

羅伊寫道，幾天後兒童保護服務局（ChildProtective Services）調查員上門，要求她到樓上自行隔離，以便3個孩子可以分別接受盤問。她說，事後孩子們透露，被詢問的問題包括家裡有沒有毒品、家長是否酗酒及是否從事色情，調查員也問孩子多久洗一次澡，以及家裡是否發生爭執等。

她寫道，雖然事件已經過去，但她被警告說，鄰居若真的認為孩子可能發生危險，打多少通電話通報兒保局都可以，並不會因為謊報案件而遭到起訴，但若她對鄰居的行為感到無法忍受，可以提出騷擾告訴，如果鄰居強行拉扯孩子，則會涉及綁架。

羅伊接受媒體訪問時說，被盤查有關色情等方面的話題，對孩子們來說是前所未有的經歷，在幼小心靈留下傷害，「我覺得受到羞辱，而且真的非常氣憤。」1030920
