鳳凰颱風侵台機率高，之前被諷為「豆腐渣」工程的台南港尾溝溪疏洪道狀況引起地方居民關心，六河局晚間發布消息表示，目前已做好六大作為全面警戒；六河局副局長郭建宏也強調，崩塌處搶險都已完成，經過專家學者全線檢視，目前都能維持渠道通洪能力以及結構安全。
 
六河局為了降低颱風可能的危害，已完成六大重點項目施作，其中包括海上颱風警報發布後，相關單位將召開視訊整備會議；編制24小時駐守值班人員，搭配在地防汛護水志工就近巡查通報。
 
還有在下午之前已調派挖土機等搶險機具及人員駐點，現場備妥50個太空包備用；設立4處人工觀測水尺，方便巡查人員即時觀測水位；針對災損區域建置2處影像監視器，24小時提供即時畫面；設置1處水位與流速自動觀測站，24小時觀測記錄水位與流速；希望降低所有颱風可能帶來的危害。（李恩慈／台南報導）

無黨籍台北市長參選人柯文哲連日遭國民黨立委羅淑蕾指控私設帳戶MG149貪汙洗錢，柯文哲還親火線開記者會，公布該帳戶明細、他與妻子的財產清單、所得稅扣繳憑單等，為自己的清白佐證。網友看完記者會後，改編韓團Crayon Pop歌曲「Bar Bar Bar」，成「MG149之爸爸爸-BARBARBAR(中台語空耳)」kuso回應柯P。

網友「芠連勝」改編「Bar Bar Bar」歌詞，寫到「皆養國庫，蕾打了黑，歐買尬爸爸說選情告急，新來的狗，都你惹的禍，皆啞巴狗，蕾打了更黑，爸爸給急用，給!誰!蕾的!GO!打P，打斃，爺，會肥爸豬(台)．打P，也打斃一隻，豬阿豬阿(台語發音)」跟「阿公忘記遺傳給你腦，阿公忘記遺傳你個腦」。

總統馬英九今晚到台南市領取「艾森豪國際和平獎」，台南市嗆馬大將陳昌輝也沒有缺席，到會場對街上演油水秀，他不僅跳進用油水混合的「餿水桶」中，甚至一口氣喝下一瓶沙拉油。只是這場秀的油水太滑了，不僅一名打扮時髦的女子當場跌倒，噴濺的油水還濺到採訪媒體，眾人罵聲不斷。

陳昌輝高舉大型GMP標章，由支持者陪同，以手推車推來一個裝了八成滿油水的大塑膠桶，他高嗆馬政府無法解決食安問題，導致全民皆苦，他說道激動處，竟然跨進油水桶，低身讓自己浸在油水桶內，諷刺全民正身陷餿水油事件中，苦不堪言，陳昌輝為了顯示自己絕非作秀的決心，三度低身讓脖子以下浸在油水內。

廣藝基金會推出的張雨生經典流行音樂劇《天天想你》日前在台北演出，廣受好評，下月10至12日將在台北城市舞台加演。擔綱男主角的蕭閎仁，因接演該劇，認識了張雨生媽媽一家人，他6月開演前曾上梨山果園親訪張媽媽，當時承諾之後將回去幫她採收水果。

9月首演完畢後，他履行承諾，與劇組及工作人員等20人一起幫忙採收蜜梨，並在網路上號召網友認購水果。他採收水果時，因一直維持低頭的動作，立刻聯想到張雨生《我的未來不是夢》歌詞第1句「你是不是像我在太陽下低頭」，一行人很有默契一起唱，讓張媽媽直呼：「高山版的也很好聽！下次來梨山演出啦。」

當天21箱共300多顆蜜梨採收完畢後，1小時內就銷售一空。劇組離開前，張媽媽還握住蕭閎仁的手說：「我會一直看你的表演！」讓他倍感窩心。（蕭孜玹／台北報導）

哈瑪星地下城?! 超有興趣!! http://0rz.tw/rRRfk 日治時期建造防空設施 可容納兩千人 〔記者曾韋禎／台北報導〕往來高雄哈瑪星與中山大學間的西子灣隧道，竟可通往足堪兩 千人避難、辦公的地下隧道群！民進黨立委管碧玲指出，這個建於一九二七年的防空設施 ，在港務局的維護下完好保存；她將爭取應適度開放，讓民眾可以親身體驗昔日的戰爭情 境。 高市已指定為歷史建築 管碧玲表示，西子灣隧道不只是一座隧道，而是整個宏大防空設施的一小部分；她過去就 感受到它豐富的文化價值，所以二○○四年四月，她在高市文化局長任內將「西子灣隧道 及其防空設施」指定為「歷史建築」；現則以「高雄港務局戰時指揮部」的身分，由港務 局管理、維護並使用。 管碧玲上週邀集港務局及相關機關會勘這座地底迷宮。她指出，整個防空設施建於一九二 七年，由海野三次郎所主持建造；從西子灣隧道北側的通道進入後，就是四通八達的隧道 群。因為它現在還擔負戰時辦公的要務，所以無論是電力、通風、管線等設備，都在港務 局的良好管理下，一應俱全，甚至還有完整的管路配置圖。港務局也使用最末端的一小部 分，作為警報業務的辦公處所。 管碧玲表示，隧道裡面非常涼快、寬敞，可以感受到當年設計者對於高雄這個戰略要塞， 有非常周密的思考及規劃。她指出，過去為了躲避敵軍轟炸，公共場所及家戶都在政府規 定下，設置防空設施，但至今多已棄置、荒廢或移作他用；能像這樣規模如此宏大，又受 到妥善維護的，應是台灣僅存的珍貴資產。 她認為，這裡應該適度對外開放，讓民眾可以不用到金、馬，就能感受昔日戰爭的情境。 她會在立法院的新會期開始後，積極與港務局及相關機關協調，盡力爭取。 管碧玲並透露，在西子灣蔣介石行館下也有地道，出口就面向大海，應具緊急逃生的功能 ，但現在被鐵門加上鐵扣給封死了，而行館對面的碉堡，就是其中的一個隧道口。 -- 來者不拒 下 低 品 俗 上 最 等 高 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 218.173.23.19 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Kaohsiung/M.1411131284.A.A17.html
