台北治安近日狀況頻發，夜店殺警事件未平，又有黑衣人在公園叫囂。台北市長郝龍斌19日在治安會報中表示，市政府將加強查察，堅決整頓治安 、警紀。他說打擊犯罪決不會手軟，誓將治安死角「查到倒」。

夜店殺警事件後，外界質疑有警察風紀的問題。郝龍斌說，他也已經要求警察局在下午召開記者會，針對這一次所有警紀以及所有處理過程中間調查的結果，公開對外作說明。「只要有員警涉及到警紀，涉及到風紀，不論他是什麼層級，我們 一定嚴辦，證據到哪裡我們就到哪裡。」

除了警紀以外，郝龍斌還談到治安的問題。他希望所有聯合稽查小組針對這些夜店的公安問題詳加查察，只要有任何涉及公共安全方面的問題務必要督導他們徹底改善。如果這些夜店不能夠配合，甚至始終成為一個治安的死角或者治安顧慮的地方，「這些治安的死角我們一定會查到倒為止」。

郝龍斌說，保障市民的安全，維護台北市的治安，讓台北市成為一個安全的城市，是台北市政府責無旁貸的責任。要通過這次雷厲風行的執行，讓民眾放心，讓民眾到任何地點，都能有免於恐懼的自由，讓任何地點都不會成為台北治安的死角。

郝龍斌強調，此次事件將在兩個原則下處理：第一、打擊犯罪的決心要充分彰顯，打擊犯罪絕不手軟；第二、對於內部警紀的問題，絕不包庇、絕不護短。

染餿食品陸續銷毀！台北市衛生局今（19）天在北投垃圾焚化廠監督銷毀一之鄉出包的「魯肉豆沙」餡料及「魯肉日頭餅」產品，總量合計530公斤。一之鄉也表示，「魯肉日頭餅」產品不是公司主力產品，僅占整體營業額0.2%，將予停售。

北市衛生局表示，是在前天接獲一之鄉申請問題食品銷毀計劃書，並在今天上午專案派員，監督一之鄉銷毀作業，現場稽查人員解封原封存的原料及產品，經清點數量無誤後，才押車運送至北投垃圾焚化廠銷毀。

今天銷毀的分別是一之鄉「魯肉豆沙」餡料383.27公斤及「魯肉日頭餅」73個，經審核無誤後，將轉報衛生福利部食品藥物管理署自問題產品的「黑名單」清單中除名。

一之鄉也聲明，「魯肉日頭餅」產品不是公司的主力產品，僅占整體營業額0.2%，且與公司產品發展方向不同，未來將不再販售。

一年一度的搞笑諾貝爾獎今日稍早頒獎囉！今年食物類當道，10個獎項中有4個都被以食物為主題的實驗獲獎。

據美國《赫芬頓郵報》報導，美國女醫生沙拉雅(Sonal Saraiya)和她的同僚發現用煮熟豬肉條塞入孩子的鼻孔，可控制流鼻血，奪得醫學獎。而日本科學團隊在「香蕉皮摩擦係數」報告中，詳細解釋踩到香蕉皮的危險，認為香蕉皮根本不會滑到讓人跌倒，獲得物理獎。

此外，中國和加拿大科學家以「吐司耶穌像」獲得神經科學獎。他們的研究中讓受測者看土司上的燒焦圖像，並發現自稱看到耶穌臉孔的人，大腦中臉部變識的部分會變亮，形成一種心理作用。

（更新：新增過去酒駕判刑紀錄與本案判決理由）

酒駕慣犯徐暐傑今年3月在高雄楠梓區酒後駕車追撞騎機車的海科大學生林育寬與其女友，林男當場慘死、女友重傷。高雄地院審理後本月16日依酒駕致死判徐男有期徒刑8年6月，另依肇事逃逸罪判刑2年，合計執行10年徒刑、附帶民事賠償1005萬元，創下酒駕致死判刑最高紀錄。

先前酒駕致死判刑紀錄是去年6月台東45歲男子王專吉為躲避警方攔檢酒駕，不慎撞死騎機車的吳昕穎（23歲，昕音同新）、吳彧嫺（21歲，彧音同遇）兄妹後逃逸，今年2月台東地院依酒駕致死判王男7年徒刑，另依肇逃罪判刑1年10月，合併執行8年6月。

檢警調查，今年3月2日清晨4時30分許，24歲的徐暐傑和朋友在夜店狂歡後駕車離開，行經高市楠梓區左楠路時，從後方高速撞上分騎兩部機車的情侶檔，導致就讀海洋科大海洋環境工程系4年級的學生林育寬（22歲）不幸喪命，王姓女友（28歲）則是重傷。

目擊者指出，徐男駕駛白色轎車當時超速行使還變換到慢車道，從後方追撞到林、王兩人的機車，林男機車卡在轎車保險桿，先彈上擋風玻璃，再摔落地上，王女則直接摔落地面。撞擊後白色轎車還拖著林男的機車行駛近200公尺才停下，林男送醫後不治，王女則有腦震盪及手腳多處挫傷。

徐暐傑到案後，警方查出他曾在去年7月因酒駕被逮，當時酒測值為0.5，這已是他第2次被逮到酒駕，酒測值為0.51。徐供稱自己在冷凍工廠當工人，案發前吃薑母鴨喝了點啤酒，之後再到夜店找朋友喝到凌晨3時離開，當時他駕車為超越前方車輛才駛進慢車道，應是喝酒及過於疲勞才發生意外。

合議庭審理後則認為，徐男去年7月才因酒駕案獲緩起訴，且駕照已被吊扣形同無照，竟未記取教訓戒除酒駕惡習，再度酒駕上路，肇事後明知造成被害人死傷，又未加以報警救護而逕行離開現場，明顯漠視輕忽他人生命。合議庭考量其犯行導致被害人林男死亡，其父母痛失獨子至親，且徐男犯後未與死找家屬達成和解賠償被害人，因此依法重判。（王吟芳／高雄報導）

殺警案再逮3嫌！刑警薛貞國在信義區夜店前遭50名黑衣人殘殺，繼涉嫌教唆的富少情侶曾威豪、劉芯彤等人落網收押後，台北市刑大今天上午再逮捕3名參與圍毆殺警的少年。
 
台北市刑大表示，目前3名少年仍在偵訊中。有媒體報導，指3嫌疑似為竹聯幫和堂萬少丞的小弟。
 
另外2名主嫌萬少丞、周譽騰仍未落網，傳出黑白兩道均已放話，發出通緝令，限兩人在明清晨6點出面。（突發中心／台北報導）
