染餿食品陸續銷毀！台北市衛生局今（19）天在北投垃圾焚化廠監督銷毀一之鄉出包的「魯肉豆沙」餡料及「魯肉日頭餅」產品，總量合計530公斤。一之鄉也表示，「魯肉日頭餅」產品不是公司主力產品，僅占整體營業額0.2%，將予停售。

北市衛生局表示，是在前天接獲一之鄉申請問題食品銷毀計劃書，並在今天上午專案派員，監督一之鄉銷毀作業，現場稽查人員解封原封存的原料及產品，經清點數量無誤後，才押車運送至北投垃圾焚化廠銷毀。

今天銷毀的分別是一之鄉「魯肉豆沙」餡料383.27公斤及「魯肉日頭餅」73個，經審核無誤後，將轉報衛生福利部食品藥物管理署自問題產品的「黑名單」清單中除名。

一之鄉也聲明，「魯肉日頭餅」產品不是公司的主力產品，僅占整體營業額0.2%，且與公司產品發展方向不同，未來將不再販售。
