本報訊

經濟部今天表示，印度商工部近日已宣布對來自我國進口太陽能電池，將不課徵反傾銷稅。

印度自2012年11月起對自我國、中國大陸、馬來西亞及美國等4國進口太陽能電池展開反傾銷初始調查。

經濟部國際貿易局表示，台灣涉案廠商於調查期間，除了配合回覆問卷外並接受印方現場查廠，今年 5月上旬國貿局即透過全國工業總會及駐印度代表處經濟組提供廠商相關資訊，並適時向印方反映我方業者充分配合印方調查。

為協助台廠爭取權益，國貿局指出，期間還提供英文說帖請駐印度代表處經濟組致函印度商工部表示我方關切，所幸印度商工部近日已宣布對我國進口的太陽能電池將不課徵反傾銷稅。

依據Global Trade Atlas統計資料顯示，印度2011年、2012年及2013年各進口太陽能電池等金額為13億美元、8億美元及10億美元，最大進口來源國依次為中國大陸、我國、馬來西亞及美國等。(中央社)

1111人力銀行與遠見雜誌針對企業端進行調查指出，有高達七成的企業願意提供碩士新鮮人就業機會，又以「資訊/科技」、「工商業服務」及「教育/政府/團體」意願最高。有4成7願意多付出3,121元來聘僱碩士生，比例較去年調查明顯降低，顯示碩士學歷仍在貶值。

其中，有二成九的企業表示，未來會優先進用碩士生，主要在於肯定「碩士生的能力比學士出色」。反觀不會優先進用碩士生的企業則反應「因出缺職位不需要高學歷應徵者」、「無法負擔薪水要求」因而不會優先進用碩士生，反應出進用高學歷求職者對企業帶來的壓力。

亦有超過四成五的企業曾雇用過畢業三年內的碩士學歷泛新鮮人，然而，對於研究所教育的評價，在10個等級當中，卻平均只給了4分的低標。進一步詢問企業，學校碩士學歷的培養，最符合企業需求的項目為「專業知識」、「專業技能」、「外語能力」，反觀最不符企業期待的項目，則為「道德操守/職場論理」、「團隊合作能力」、「解決問題能力」。

受訪企業中，有四成七願意多付出3,121元來聘僱碩士生。相較去年高達六成企業會給予碩士生平均高出學士生3,106元的起薪，反映出今年認定碩士學歷價值較高的企業減少一成三，碩士身價又更貼近學士的現況。

1111人力銀行副總經理何啟聖指出，根據教育部資料顯示，碩士學歷畢業人數在88學年度的16757人起快速攀升至101學年度的60218人，成長高達2.6倍，高學歷的快速擴張使得學歷貶值現象普遍；致使企業雖然願意進用碩士新鮮人、亦肯定其專業高於學士學歷，但評價卻偏低，且僅四成七的企業會給予碩士學歷較高的薪資條件。

彭博報導，美國上週初次申請失業救濟人數降至2個月低點，跡象顯示，勞動市場持續好轉。

根據勞工部公布的數據，截至13日止當週，初次申請失業救濟人數減少3萬6000人，至28萬人。低於彭博訪調52位經濟師平均預估30萬5000人。連續請領失業救濟人數則降至7年多來低點。

隨著家庭和企業需求轉強，助長訂單成長，企業紛紛留才。聯邦準備理事會（Fed）官員昨天表示，裁員減少，就業增加，代表勞動市場「有些進步」。即使其他指標指向人力閒置持續。

法國興業銀行（Societe Generale）紐約首席美國經濟師瑪柯斯卡（Aneta Markowska）表示：「人數跌破30萬人，這是好預兆。」瑪柯斯卡預估初次申請失業救濟人數降至29萬，為彭博調查預估中最低。

「企業沒裁員，連續請領失業救濟人數下滑的一大部分，基本上是因為找到工作。」

另一項今天公布的數據顯示，美國8月新屋開工大減14.4%，創2013年4月以來最大降幅，顯示房市復甦仍不均。根據商務部，新屋開工年率降至95萬6000戶。上月營建許可也出現下滑。

很多人喜歡利用假日輕鬆享受早午餐。有飯店業者將在21日推出頂級早午餐，21天熟成美國肋眼牛排、法國生蠔吃到飽。

頂級牛排、生蠔吃到飽，在台灣餐飲界是首例。

花園大酒店今天介紹這份頂級早午餐只在週日推出，由曾在澳洲雪梨二頂帽子餐廳任職的陳宏倫設計菜單，採自助式供應。

陳宏倫說，早午餐選用美國U.S.肋眼頂級牛肉，經過21天乾式熟成，利用相思木及龍眼木炭烤烙痕，放入煙燻箱，以桃核木煙燻並回溫，肉汁完整保留，清新木香隨著輕煙滲入，再用溫烤箱烤到外表酥脆。

肋眼牛排單點一客新台幣1680元，而來自法國芬蒂克雷的生蠔則是現點現剖，每顆250元。但在週日早午餐，都可無限享用，早午餐價每人2280元，另加1成服務費。

早午餐還有利用阿里山幸福牧場的帝王雞蛋做成的「班尼迪克蛋」，幸福牧場的雞以優質穀物飼養，並在野地生活，蛋的品質出類拔粹。

其他無限享用的餐點還有各式麵包、甜點、開胃冷盤、沙拉、水果。

I7-3770K P8Z77-M 微星 GTX 770 4G 金士頓 4G*2 ASUS燒錄機 TOSHIBA 128GB SSD SEAGATE 2T BE QUIET 600W 我之前有來版上問過電腦死當的問題，設備幾乎換光了還是會有問題 不明原因畫面直接死當給你看要按住電源鍵關機再重開 這周整理電腦原本顯卡插PCI-2槽，改回PCI-1槽插結果玩遊戲畫面超頓 FPS都沒有原本的數值，不信邪移除驅動，灌舊版驅動也是同樣情形 沒多久畫面變黑然後右下角出現"顯示器驅動程式停止回應 並已恢復" 連系統整個重灌沒多久都一樣，目前改插PCI-2槽遊戲很順FPS也正常 我可以判斷是PCI-1槽有問題嗎?還是顯卡有可能也是問題? 根據中央氣象局公布最新資料，輕颱「鳳凰」今晚8時中心位置在鵝鑾鼻南南東方約1千公里海面上，7級風半徑120公里，朝西北、往台灣東南部海域靠近，氣象局指出，鳳凰強度稍微增強，若移動速度與路徑沒變，預計明天上午到中午發布海上警報，預計周末假日將為東半部、北部帶來強風豪雨，請民眾做好防颱準備。

天氣風險管理公司指出，鳳凰在周休假期將從台灣東方海域北上，是距離台灣最近時候，對台影響程度則視明晚高壓減弱程度及颱風轉向時間而定，如果高壓減弱較早，颱風提早轉向則對台灣影響減小，反之若高壓減弱慢，鳳凰影響台灣的程度將增大許多。

不過，明天白天西半部維持悶熱穩定天氣，中南部午後有零星雷陣雨，東半部有短暫陣雨，高溫約34至36℃；下半天隨著鋒面接近，北部逐漸轉為有雨，沿海風力逐漸增強。

天氣風險管理公司表示，後天起的周休假期（20至21日）受東北季風及鳳凰颱風外圍雲系影響，迎風面北部及東半部有陣雨，並有較大雨勢發生機率，北部早晚氣溫約24至25℃，感覺較涼爽；中南部也有短暫陣雨，白天氣溫依然較熱。各地沿海易有強陣風及長浪，盡量減少前往海邊活動。（許敏溶／台北報導）

標題[討論] 變4 好大的bug...
