今明兩天受到太平洋高壓影響，各地大多維持多雲到晴的天氣，中午前後高溫約33到35℃，北部地區仍有可能出現36℃左右高溫，提醒民眾外出注意防曬。
 
中央氣象局表示，今天午後西半部平地及山區可能有局部短暫雷陣雨，可能有瞬間大雨發生，午後外出最好攜帶雨具。另外，今天東南部、西南部沿海地區及恆春半島容易有長浪發生，民眾從事海上活動要注意安全。
 
氣象局預估，周五下半天開始受到鋒面接近影響，北部、東半部地區將轉為有短暫陣雨的天氣，周末鋒面通過伴隨東北季風轉強，北部地區高溫下滑至31℃，早晚氣溫也會稍微轉涼；中南部地區仍維持午後有短暫雷陣雨的天氣，高溫約33到34℃。
 
另外，目前在菲律賓東方海面上有一熱帶性低氣壓形成，持續以時速10公里向西移動，未來不排除進一步發展成颱風，對台灣陸地天氣影響還要再觀察，氣象局正密切留意中。（張勵德／台北報導）

高盛策略師在研究報告中稱，媒體報導中國人民銀行（央行）透過常備借貸便利（SLF）向五大國有行注入人民幣5,000億元的流動性，符合放鬆貨幣政策的預期，其效應相當於調降存款準備率50個基點。

高盛表示，儘管通膨和經濟活動大幅下滑，但北京當局不太可能全面調降存準率或降息，因為這些被視為「大規模刺激」，不過隨後可能推出更多政策，包括加大財政支出，敦促政府機構和地方當局保持投資增速等。

高盛並看好中國大陸未來幾個月經濟增速可能反彈，政府應能實現今年經濟成長率達7.5%左右的目標。

高雄市旗山區復興街一棟民宅今晨五點多失火，消防隊趕往現場搶救，發現平房後方有名老婦人倒臥，被救出時身上已有有50%到60%的三度灼傷，送旗山醫院急救可惜不治。 初步調查，身亡的余姓老婦人 (70歲)平日在旗山老街賣水果，清晨疑在住家後方煮食不慎引發火勢。消防隊員到場搶救時，家人還不知老婦又衝入火場滅火並受困火場，經搜索才發現，但老婦救出送醫後，仍回天乏術。

餐廳：古華花園飯店‧明皇樓 地址：桃園縣中壢市民權路398號 電話：03-281-1818#2220.2219 圖文版：http://www.acarpblog.com/2014/09/blog-post.html 這次入住中壢的古華花園飯店，隔天中午在飯店的二樓中餐廳「明皇樓」用餐，吃的是蘇 州料理吃到飽，平日午餐時段每人499元加一成服務費，看我們兩個人可以點成這樣超失 控的!!但真的不錯吃，菜色又豐富，如果有機會來中壢的話不妨試試喔^^ 明皇樓外面的等候座位好典雅，旁邊擺放了不少老闆的收藏藝術品 走進餐廳是一面富貴花開的牡丹，看起來格外喜氣 都是圓桌的座位，很中式，大桌小桌都有，所以兩個人來吃也可以 有隔間的座位，雖然只有屏風遮著，大聲講話的話還是可以聽得到，但感覺就比較有私密 性 這裡也挺適合作為宴席的場地，人數不要太多的話，可容納二三十桌的喜宴 八十多道精緻佳餚，都是現點現做無限量供應，每人平日499元+10%，假日639元+10%，以 下是499的菜單，假日的菜色會多一些，不過我們是平日吃的，就只有拍平日的菜單了， 因為有好幾十道，所以有好幾張圖，就慢慢看吧 菜名旁邊都有標明辣度還有素食，但其實三根辣椒標誌的菜也沒有非常辣就是了，都還是 一般人可以接受的程度；另外素食標記就對吃素的來說很方便，不用一個一個問 另加茶資每人30元，茶款種類很多，有菊花、普洱、香片之外還有鐵觀音，因為像這種比 較偏港式飲茶的料理很少有鐵觀音的選擇，所以當然就挑了這個，茶香醇厚，挺適合配菜 ，很解膩；銀色這本有中國結扣的就是菜單，看起來非常有氣質吧 除了熱茶之外，靠近門口的地方還有免費無限暢飲的罐裝汽水，提供給用餐一定要配冷飲 的人，我個人就不太喜歡，因為喝了容易脹氣，就削弱戰力了不是嗎~ 每道料理都會依人數出菜，所以不用擔心兩個人沒辦法點太多樣，像這道水晶肴肉他就只 會上兩個，不過還是要量力而為就是了，不要因為每道菜看起來都很好吃，就見獵心喜卯 起來亂點，這樣還是會吃不完的XDDD 豬肉碎和肉凍結合再切塊，很好看又好吃，夾薑片沾醋汁更美味 薑汁乾連肉，很好奇這裡怎會出現"黑白切"的菜色，所以點來吃吃看，搭配的醃小黃瓜很 夠味呢，我喜歡 磨芋鍋巴肉，會叫鍋巴肉是因為裡面放了些蒸過的米香，吃起來就像鍋巴一樣，還蠻奇妙 的口感，還有透明的蒟蒻，這道色香味俱全，很討喜 老少蛋，香氣很足，差點就讓我想要叫碗白飯來配了 栗子黃燜雞 主廚特色推薦，蒼蠅頭夾餅，外面那層其實就跟蜜汁火腿一樣，這樣夾著吃還是第一次， 還挺好吃的呢，蒼蠅頭要單獨吃也是可以，只是它也很適合配飯就是了 五彩芒果蝦球，這道比較特別因為它不是一般常見的鳳梨蝦球，而是搭配芒果，清香酸甜 的風味絕不會輸給鳳梨，所以吃到這個有點驚艷的感覺，一人兩個也很快就掃光了 常熟醉雞，不知道是這醉雞的做法跟平常吃到的不太一樣還是怎的，它稍微乾柴了些，但 酒香味還是有的，可能跟部位有些關係吧，如果是雞腿應該會好吃些 金錢蝦餅，一人一個小小塊嘗嘗味道剛好，個人覺得前一天在它們另外一間餐廳古華薈泰 式料理的蝦餅比較好吃說~ 開始進行蒸籠類點心~點了蠔皇鳳爪碟和豉汁蒸排骨，就說這個其實很像港式飲茶吧(其實 我真的沒有分得很清楚，感覺吃起來也差不多耶~) 番茄釀山藥，一下子點太多有時候上菜的時候還會忘了究竟有點到甚麼，吃了那麼多之後 ，出現這個釀番茄感覺好棒，酸酸甜甜好清爽解膩，旁邊的山藥細麵讓我有種錯覺以為在 吃日本料理呢~ 雪菜百頁，雪菜好細緻，百頁入口覺得滑滑嫩嫩卻又脆脆的真可口 紅燒圈子煲，後來才知道原來圈子就是豬大腸的別稱，吼~差點就錯過這道了!!香味真棒 啊這我的愛!!不僅大腸入味，裡面的香菇杏鮑菇配菜都好入味好好吃 辣味蟹鉗，這道也是我的愛!!也是差點想要叫飯來配的一道，一上桌就好香，忍不住一支 一支拿在手上啃了，醬汁好棒讓人吮指回味，又有點辣辣的很過癮 豆花魚片，有點兒像川菜水煮魚的做法，裡面還真的有一塊豆花，但吃起來像花生豆腐， 綿密細緻的口感和魚肉很搭 招牌蘿蔔糕，差點就忘了點這道，個人還蠻喜歡吃蘿蔔糕的，這家做得也很不錯 特地要來了辣椒醬油沾著吃，這個辣椒也很棒，香味夠辣度也很到位，不像有些餐廳的辣 椒就只是裝飾而已 陸陸續續點了些蒸籠點心，結果桌上的蒸籠疊得高高的好壯觀...，有柳葉素蒸餃、堅果 馬拉糕、蛤蜊鮮燒賣、黃金流沙包 蛤蜊鮮燒賣，好可愛真的是夾在蛤蜊的殼裡面，把中間的肉吃掉後別忘了還有蛤蜊黏在殼 上喔~ 點黃金流沙包呢，就是喜歡粗暴地撕開它，然後看它汁液橫流的狀態>//////////http://www.acarpblog.com/ ~美食魚樂誌‧小魚 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 175.181.199.110 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ChungLi/M.1410915767.A.816.html

餐廳名稱：貝多赫複合式餐廳 消費時間：2015年9月 地址：高雄市新興區忠孝一路22-1號 電話： 07-281-8676 營業時間：11:00~21:00 每人平均價位：250 可否刷卡：不可 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：烏龍麵 無音樂網誌好讀版: http://mikageyoru.pixnet.net/blog/post/390595802 前幾天從澳洲回來的朋友一通電話臨時相約, 太過匆促也找不到想吃的, 兩人約在漢神成功店附近後一起騎車找晚餐, 經過這家Tiffany藍招牌的 貝多赫複合式餐廳, 便決定進去試試啦! 貝多赫複合式餐廳在高雄漢神成功店附近的忠孝一路上, 晚上經過可以看到大大的招牌和特別的亮燈拱門窗. 不過, 要是不寫商業午餐四字, 一樓店面乍看之下超像外帶咖啡店. 冰櫃和陳列桌放的盡是蛋糕, 烘焙品, 背後的黑板也是飲料單而已. 雖然正逢晚餐時刻, 但看到冰櫃裡還有甜點, 甜點人我的第一反應就是貼到玻璃上啦XDDD 貝赫多的烘焙品甜點價位不算高, 落在30~75, 大概跟高雄幾間大型連鎖咖啡蛋糕店數字度C, 甜甜圈還有皇冠差不多. 貓爪好可愛(心), 本來想說帶幾個回去給家人, 不過後來吃太飽離開也忘了這回事. 店員詢問知道我們要吃晚餐後, 立刻帶我們上樓. 仔細一看, 這樓梯是鋼琴鍵盤呢! 也太俏皮了點. 不知道是不是這間店二樓太過隱密, 還是大家都不知道這間咖啡店樓上也有座位. 二樓在用餐的時刻顯得有些....空曠. 不過這樣對於想要大聊特聊的我們來說剛剛好啦! 七點多的晚餐時間有點餓,菜單拿來後, 速速打開點餐. 貝赫多的菜單品項不少, 分成烘焙品, 義大利麵, 燉飯, 讚崎烏龍麵和中式系列. 主餐類可單點, 也可加價變套餐. 幾分鐘後, 店員送上餐具. 與朋友聊天時的餘光瞄到, 發現湯匙上還有笑臉, 太可愛啦!!! 身為當時店裡的唯一一組客人, 沒等上太久, 餐點就上桌啦! 這是我的味噌松阪豬讚崎烏龍麵. 炒烏龍麵和味噌烤松阪豬分開來放, 附上醃漬小菜和水果兩小碟. 炒烏龍麵, 味道十分清新淡雅, 喜歡它附上大量時蔬 與最後撒上, 帶有香氣的白芝麻. 味道是台式作法, 但麵條口感十分彈牙. 就是份量有點少, 男生吃可能覺得只有七分飽. 松阪豬不錯, 不像一般居酒屋燒烤店的調味那麼重, 肉質口感有一點點脆脆的, 也頗有彈性. 朋友點的蜜汁香雞腿定食, 可能價位比我高, 所以多附了一碗湯XD 蜜汁香雞腿, 比起剛剛的松坂肉, 味道相對來說比較重. 不過配白飯吃倒也還好~ 去骨雞腿將肉汁鎖在裡面, 肉質軟嫩多汁, 還不錯啦! 喔對了, 這天我們兩人都加了80元的小套餐, 附上飲料和甜點. 這是覆盆莓奶酪. 奶酪質地偏硬, 果醬對我們兩個來說稍甜. 然後是烤布蕾, ㄟ都, 我覺得這上方的糖.... 是不是少了一點? 還是我誤會了甚麼, 他是布蕾本身烤而不是上方的糖再烤過一次. 店家招待的餅乾, 不差, 但與零售包裝的類似餅乾, 吃起來沒有太大的不同. 附餐兩杯飲料, 鮮奶茶和抹茶歐蕾. 兩杯飲料都是大份量, 但味道就... 以奶茶系列飲料來說, 不管奶味或茶味都偏淡. 整體來說, 貝赫多複合式料理提供一個還算寬敞的空間. 餐點選項也多, 餐點味道不錯, 不過如果賣到這價位, 其實主餐可以再多一點自家特色. 附餐甜點還有飲料, 可能我對於甜點太過挑嘴, 我覺得還有蠻大的進步空間~ 不過對於想找個地方吃飯聊天的大家來說, 這裡沒有時間壓力, 可以參考參考囉! -- 每天睜開眼，就開始期待會在哪個角落遇見好吃的東西！ 美食好芃友:http://mikageyoru.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 140.117.42.69 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1410914451.A.52A.html ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ※ 轉錄者: mikageyoru (140.117.42.69), 09/17/2014 08:40:55 ※ 編輯: mikageyoru (140.117.42.69), 09/17/2014 08:41:01

富少曾威豪涉教唆50多名惡煞殘殺刑警昨晨聲押獲准，曾男自封黑幫老大，但警方調查，在道上他根本沒名號，竹聯幫和堂也不聞其名。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，警方調查，曾威豪與蕭叡鴻等人私下組成一個「中山聯盟」，LINE的群組成員涵蓋和堂、平堂、雷堂，甚至還有四海幫和天道盟太陽會，往來十分複雜。

警研判，曾威豪可能因此以和堂分子自居，但警方透過管道找上和堂重要成員「交人」，沒人認識曾威豪；但他出手闊綽，「豢養」的黑幫兄弟常圍繞他叫「大哥」，讓他自以為真的是黑道老大。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）

據彭博訪查經濟家結果顯示，儘管美國經濟5年來穩定成長，但通膨依然了無蹤影，因此聯邦準備理事會（Fed）主席葉倫在2015年至2017年間可能只好採漸進式升息。

在61名受訪經濟家中，有56%認為，聯準會決策官員對2017年底基準利率的預估中值，將低於更長期基準利率的預估中值；41%受訪則認為兩個預期中值會完全相同。彭博是在11-15日進行這次訪查。

聯準會昨天開始展開為期二天的集會，決策官員們正在推敲，在邁向完全就業與穩定通膨目標的道路上，要取得多大的進展才能啟動聯準會2006年來首度升息之門。

決策官員們將在季度成長預估中勾勒他們對經濟、失業、通膨與聯邦基金利率的前景展望。

紐約布朗兄弟哈里曼公司（Brown BrothersHarriman & Co.）私人銀行部門投資長克萊門斯（Scott Clemons）表示：「包括葉倫（Janet Yellen）在內的聯邦公開市場委員會（FOMC）絕大多數委員依然認為，勞動力市場不振，加上通膨無蠢動之虞，因此他們傾向在更長一段時間內維持低利。」（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）1030917

曾姓男子因染毒犯下多起超商搶案，日前在南投地區1天連搶3間超商，搶前還先喝蠻牛與店員哈啦，前晚在台中落網。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，曾男本月13日在南投地區從早搶到晚，其中一家，他先買1瓶蠻牛飲料，邊喝邊跟店員聊天，還學廣告台詞「喝了再上」，哈啦時間長達8、9分鐘，喝完亮出西瓜刀搶錢，得手後從容走出店家。

警方指出，曾男曾是汽車零件店老闆，染毒後鋌而走險在中部多鄉鎮搶超商、檳榔攤，因蠻牛空瓶上的指紋，成為破案關鍵和證據。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）

阿里山上唯一的星級觀光飯店「阿里山賓館」，被民眾投訴菜色有夠差。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，民眾表示，他在阿里山賓館訂了一桌3千元的桌菜，結果菜色竟然讓他相當傻眼，不僅「醬瓜燒土雞」只有幾塊小雞肉，榨菜肉絲麵竟然還是主菜，讓他相當傻眼。對此指控，阿里山賓館執行長張錦榮解釋，這3千元桌菜只提供給陸客，所以才會有麵食在其中。(葉國吏／綜合報導)

美國一份研究發現，彼此的政治傾向相同，越能接受對方的體臭和體味，可謂「臭味相投」。

據英國《每日郵報》報導，美國布朗大學和哈佛大學近日進行一項研究，他們找來146位18~40歲民眾進行政治傾向試驗，讓他們在腋下夾著紗布24小時，蒐集受測者的體味，一周後再進行評鑑測驗。其中有125人願意對表態政治傾向，然後給他們聞每一個受測者的體味，並進行評比。結果發現，受測者對於有一樣政治傾向的人，給的體味接受度分數較高，如果面對意見相反者，就會給出較低分數。

布朗大學國際關係教授瑪德默特(Rose McDermott)表示，人類並無法直接透過體味，判斷某人的政治傾向。她認為可能是因為潛意識受嗅覺影響，因而讓政治傾向相近者願意湊在一起。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
