八里雙屍命案　謝依涵二審仍判死

社會中心／台北報導

喧騰一時的八里雙屍命案，經上訴台灣高等法院審理後在今（5）日宣判，涉案主嫌謝依涵仍舊被依強盜殺人罪，判決應執行死刑。全案仍可上訴。

針對謝依涵所涉案情，二審的台灣高等法院在審理後撤銷士林地方法院一審原來僅依一個強盜殺人罪判處死刑的判決；改以針對殺害陳進福部份判處無期徒刑、殺害張翠萍部份死刑。

不過對於高院二審判決，死者陳進福家屬表示不能接受，而張翠萍家屬則表示，「讓司法正義回歸社會。」

洩密疑雲 北檢再傳張顯耀到案說明

陸委會前副主委張顯耀涉嫌洩密案，在先前張顯耀2度到庭皆無保請回後，台北地檢署今（5）日上午8時再度傳喚張顯耀到案說明，目前仍在訊問中。

今年8月間，張顯耀突然遭拔官去職，隨後調查局爆出他涉嫌共諜案，並以「洩密國防以外機密罪」、「外患罪」等罪嫌移送法辦。

張顯耀於8月25日自行到案說明，檢方訊後請回，並轉列偵字案被告，將他限制住居；北檢於8月28日主動傳喚張顯耀及3名幕僚，並搜索張顯耀與其親信的7處住處，查扣張顯耀親信手機及還原訊息內容，訊後4人均獲檢方請回。

買斷女友桃花 再向情敵索「讓渡費」

何姓男子猛烈追求讀大學的酒店妹「魯米」，她的林姓男友得知後找何談判，何要林付「讓渡費」才停止追求。林付款後又發現「魯米」與羅姓網友交往熱絡，他苦苦哀求挽回感情不成，不甘「人財兩失」求何「如法炮製」向羅索討「讓渡費」。

林（廿五歲）、羅（卅三歲）談判時，何忽然現身，強迫羅簽本票並要求付錢，否則要到「魯米」就讀的大學鬧事並上網公布她裸照。十九歲的羅「愛女友心切」，依約在捷運站交十四萬元給何；警方昨天逮捕何、林，將兩人送辦。

警方調查，綽號「山豬」的何姓男子是竹聯幫成員，平時流連台北市中山區酒店，他今年四月認識廿歲酒店妹「魯米」後猛烈追求，魯米的林姓男友得知後約何談判，何嗆聲「我是『竹聯山哥』，你不付錢就別想見面！」

林先後付清十四萬「讓渡費」才保住女友，但今年六月發現「魯米」透過網路認識十九歲羅姓網友而冷淡他，他挽回不成，向何「討教」如何向羅討一筆分手費。

何、林商討後與羅相約文山區速食店談判，林表明與「魯米」交往期間先後花費九萬元，「你付這筆錢我就退出。」何認為價碼過低，現身強迫羅簽下十四萬本票，還恐嚇「你不付，我就去她學校鬧，再上傳她裸照！」羅母發現兒子近來頻頻向親友借錢，得知事情始末報警逮捕何、林。

警方還說，「魯米」來自中部望族，家境富裕，她家人為了讓她在台北安心唸書，還特地置產買房，「她根本不缺錢」。

富商撕票案 主嫌晚間遣返歸案

（中央社記者廖壬楷台中5日電）犯下台中富商施家金綁架撕票案的主嫌謝源信，在潛逃泰國17天後，將於今晚由刑事警察局自泰國遣返。

謝源信犯案持冒領護照潛逃泰國後，經刑事局洽請泰國警察總署移民總局依據謝嫌可能逃亡路線，在泰國各地佈線，3日下午在泰國北部與其他國家交界邊境的清萊市地區緝獲，經確認證實為謝嫌。

刑事局駐泰國聯絡官4日凌晨連夜將謝嫌押解回泰國移民總局位於曼谷收容中心，並與泰國移民總局協調遣返事宜，預計今晚9時搭機抵桃園。

謝嫌警訊坦承綁架撕票案是他犯下，先前到案2名共犯是被騙犯案、無辜的，「一人做事一人當」，但沒想到這麼快就被逮。全案將移送台中地檢署偵辦，檢警將就犯案動機、作案手法等逐一釐清。1030905

今天又顧路了 還好離家門口還不到30M 兩人一起推著就回車庫了 上週五 剛好也是我開同台車(老車CEFIRO) 情況一模一樣 發動後 P檔時轉速表差不多在 1 但只要不立刻踩下油門 馬上怠速就歸零了 而且能打PND檔 但檔不會切換 手剎放掉還會微微倒退 前一個修車廠說是怠速馬達問題 清了一清 然後可以開 (期間我媽開了2趟30KM以上距離 居然都沒事) 但才剛好一周時間 又出了同一個毛病 目前是換了離家最近修車廠 檢查結果還沒出來 麻煩請版友給我一點頭緒 讓我不要被當羊宰 Q Q -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.161.200.84 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1409897547.A.EC8.html
