無黨籍台北市長參選人柯文哲今天推出文化新政，主張成立文化諮詢審議會、調整人事任命，以改變現在文化資源分配「Ｍ型化」現象。

柯文哲說，花博花了140億，建國百年活動花了33億元，夢想家一晚就燒掉了2億元，但一般藝術家連下一頓飯在哪裡都不知道。

北市文化局長劉維公今天下午表示，「柯文哲是要選總統還是台北市長？」夢想家跟建國百年都不是北市府的業務，花博請了很多有代表性的文化團體來表演，而且柯文哲所舉的花博預算是錯的。

劉維公說，去年北市約補助了7300萬元給602個藝文團體，平均一個團體10多萬元，而且還不含電影、文資等補助。「北市沒有將補助集中在大團體上」。目前文化局已有6到7個審議會了，專責分工。未來若只有一個文化諮詢審議會，他對可行性保留。

數年前的日本電影「再見了，可魯」曾感動無數人。據日本媒體報導，日本埼玉縣7月發生一名視障男子牽著的導盲犬在路上被人刺傷腰部事件，但受過訓練的導盲犬被刺後忍住不發聲，仍安全護送主人到達辦公室，消息傳出後，引發網友憤慨，警方也展開調查，全日本導盲犬使用者協會更指出：「對於如此信賴人類的導盲犬來講，這是一種惡劣的背叛行為。」

日本「產經新聞」報導，日本琦玉縣一隻名為「奧斯卡」的拉布拉多導盲犬，7月28日上午引導主人上班，從JR浦和站乘電車到東川口站下車，直到到達工作地點，同事才發現奧斯卡的腰部有2、3處被尖銳物體刺傷，但由於經過訓練，牠一直忍痛不發聲。

導盲犬主人接受採訪時表示，奧斯卡就像是他身體的一部分，刺傷了牠，就等於刺傷了自己。

據報導，奧斯卡的主人因罹患「網膜色素變性症」於10年前失明。7年前，日本導盲犬協會將奧斯卡送到他身邊，一人一狗從此形影不離。奧斯卡遭刺傷後，該男子每天還是搭電車上班，但他表示，這件事對他造成相當大的衝擊，至今仍未平復。

據指出，導盲犬接受的訓練是除了傳達危險等信息以外，不會向牽著導盲犬的視障者發出不必要聲音，所以研判奧斯卡因此一直忍痛不出聲。

此事件經該男子的親友在網上發布後引來關注，人們紛紛要求緝拿兇手。

日本的導盲犬遇襲已不是第一次。日本導盲犬之家所長赤川芳子表示，十幾年前，曾有一部用打火機威逼導盲犬後退的電影在日本上映，之後日本國內就出現了很多起類似的模仿犯罪。她擔心這次刀刺導盲犬案例一出，也會發生模仿事件。

運動傷究竟會不會影響到生活 我想這答案是無庸置疑的 小弟我從小學四年級開始打棒球 今年大四了,也打了11年有了 從來沒有受過正統訓練 累積的棒球知識還有姿勢 全都是我上網慢慢google學來的 (小學有西武跟大榮鷹的轉播,那時候我還去找牛肉的姿勢模仿XDD) 小時候因為保護自己的觀念不夠好 常常就是丟了一整個下午的球 隔天又繼續丟,完全不用休息 累積而來的就是一些小傷 你說會不會影響生活 我現在的狀況是這樣 如果睡覺睡太久,起床絕對是腰痛 我的手只要卡到一個姿勢,手肘絕對就是不舒服 你要說我生活姿勢不對造成的傷害嗎? 我想是我打球受傷的關係吧 我承認因為我沒有受過正統教育又不懂得保護自己 所以搞的現在常常身體會有幾個地方會固定痠痛 所以你說運動傷害不影響作息我倒覺得這是無稽之談 我覺得不管什麼運動 保護都是很重要的吧 不管是保護選手的運動生命抑或是保護他退休後生活品質 但可惜這樣的觀念在亞洲似乎都沒有徹底落實過! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.41.219.195 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Baseball/M.1409654123.A.CD3.html

標題[分享] 終於搬離同居的屋子 對他只剩下恨

標題[請益] 請問 軍中樂園 好看嗎

　　《英雄大亂鬥 SeasonII》本週 9 月 3 日將推出全新英雄角色「閃光裘斯」、「超能蕾雅」，分身殘影的電流衝擊，光速疾走的超能戰士，今日將特別搶先介紹該英雄技能招式與獨特技能。

「閃光裘斯」、「超能蕾雅」　光速疾走的超能戰士
　　這是一個全新型態的超能兵器，他被取名為｢閃光戰士｣，擁有著自己的意識，媲美光的速度，並能夠將電力儲存在自身的體內。這是這世紀的科學家研究而突破極限的發展，但科學家們卻因此而感到了懼怕與不安，擔心這股強大的力量在最後無法受到控制。於是他們決定將他的最終武器藏在研究所裡的某處，但卻在某一天意外的讓他給發現了這個秘密，｢擁有了這個“武器”，我能夠超越到什麼境界呢？｣

「閃光裘斯」、「超能蕾雅」技能介紹

戰鬥與使用建議
　　「閃光裘斯」、「超能蕾雅」屬於近距離攻擊型英雄，使用普通攻擊就能夠將目標擊暈，且還能夠使用高速的抓技來追加打擊，在技能方面能夠擅長的使出電擊效果，讓被擊中的敵人產生停滯的狀態，且多數還附加高速與分身移動的效果，是一個相當實用的稀有英雄！

　　「電光分身」將自身分身為五個眩光彈，只要是被擊中的目標就會因此而產生電擊狀態。「眩光指空彈」在能夠控制移動的狀況下，使用光彈來進行對目標的追蹤攻擊。

　　「閃光位移」可以瞬間往前移動一段距離，並在撞擊時對目標造成電擊效果。「閃光戰士旋風」使用高速的抓技來衝撞目標，在擊中時能夠產生閃電般的旋風，並讓目標被電擊而彈飛。
