柯文哲文化新政 北市文化局反駁

無黨籍台北市長參選人柯文哲今天推出文化新政，主張成立文化諮詢審議會、調整人事任命，以改變現在文化資源分配「Ｍ型化」現象。

柯文哲說，花博花了140億，建國百年活動花了33億元，夢想家一晚就燒掉了2億元，但一般藝術家連下一頓飯在哪裡都不知道。

北市文化局長劉維公今天下午表示，「柯文哲是要選總統還是台北市長？」夢想家跟建國百年都不是北市府的業務，花博請了很多有代表性的文化團體來表演，而且柯文哲所舉的花博預算是錯的。

劉維公說，去年北市約補助了7300萬元給602個藝文團體，平均一個團體10多萬元，而且還不含電影、文資等補助。「北市沒有將補助集中在大團體上」。目前文化局已有6到7個審議會了，專責分工。未來若只有一個文化諮詢審議會，他對可行性保留。
