營邦董座梁順營捐款100萬元

工業電腦廠商營邦（3693）今日表示，董事長梁順營以個人名義捐款100萬元給受災的民眾，希望能藉此協助居民盡速安頓並重建家園，把愛送到需要的人手中，期待能有更多的實質支援，為緩解災情而盡力。

營邦為繼振樺電後，第二家工業電腦廠商響應捐款幫助高雄救災。

微軟SQL Server獲新北警局採用

台灣微軟今天表示，新北市政府警察局為打造有效率的犯罪偵防系統，特別與微軟SQL Server共同建置資料倉儲平台，仿效美國紐約市警察局「即時打擊犯罪中心」（RTCC），成立全台首創的「情資整合中心」。

台灣微軟營運暨行銷事業群伺服器平台事業部副總經理周旺暾表示，SQL Server彙整治安資訊、刑事案件紀錄、跨域地理資料等海量資料，並結合電子地圖的治安及交通等各項圖層，完整提供決策首長及警局各級主管取得整體、真實與即時的事件狀態與分析趨勢。

新北市警民比例低於全台平均，警力負荷吃重之程度可見一斑，但在遠見雜誌2014年地方政府治安指標評比中，新北市卻仍可以榮膺五都之首，凸顯出的正是「智慧警政」與「科技建警」的成效。

由微軟SQL Server建構而成的海量資料倉儲平台，彙整員警執勤中所得到的治安資訊，包含刑案鑑識資料、刑案路口監視器影像資料等，同步整合地理資訊之智慧影像辨識，及分析服務與刑案管理，成為治安治理決策資訊服務系統的關鍵支撐，「淡水廟祝遭槍擊案」等重大刑案能在短短十天內迅速偵破，在於該系統彙集所有區域的影像資料，員警採取案發地點監視器的影像紀錄，進行關聯分析而迅速破案。

行政院消保處今天說，若您使用iPhone5手機，機子上的「睡眠/喚醒按鈕」時好時壞或停止運作，可攜機至蘋果特約授權維修中心，確認手機是否有問題，現場將可立即取得另台翻新手機。

消保處說，部分去年3月前製造的iPhone5，「睡眠/喚醒按鈕」有停止運作或時好時壞等情形，由於該按鈕若無法運作，消費者將無法進入桌面，手機形同作廢。

消保處提醒，民眾手上的iPhone5手機，不管是否已有該按鈕「卡卡」的情況，建議最好到蘋果召修訊息網頁(ssl.apple.com/tw/support/iphone5-sleepwakebutton/)輸入手機序號，查詢手上的手機是否屬於召修對象，若確認有可能是問題手機，最好到各授權維修中心更換翻新單機。

馬志玲疑智力下降 暫緩發監

元大集團創辦人馬志玲及杜麗莊夫婦，因結構債案遭重判7年4個月定讞，上午馬志玲率先報到，罹患失智3年多的他，在兩個兒子陪同下踏進地檢署，神情茫然不發一語，上星期馬志玲夫婦透過律師遞狀，說身體不適，聲請暫緩入監，5日報到，檢方開庭訊問後，認定馬志玲智力下降，決定暫緩發監，將他送醫鑑定。

記者vs.元大創辦人馬志玲：「董事長身體還好嗎？會不會擔心？」

早上來報到，中午就回家，這一回暫時全身而退，元大集團創辦人馬志玲，原本預定5日上午發監，兩個兒子馬維辰、馬維建都來送老爸，罹患失智3年多，再度面對鏡頭，神情顯得茫然無助，不發一語，上星期馬志玲透過律師遞狀，說失智症合併行為障礙，聲請暫緩入監，檢察官開完庭准了。

北檢襄閱黃謀信：「本案是否已經達到法定心神喪失的情形，承辦檢察官目前都無法認定，承辦檢察官將送專業單位鑑定，馬姓受刑人是否已達心神喪失的程度。」

有律師、隨扈、兩個兒子陪同，因為結構債案遭重判7年4月定讞，馬志玲照檢察官要求，如期來報到，之前高院將馬志玲送醫鑑定時，馬志玲的智力還有95，但今年7月馬志玲就醫的紀錄顯示，他的智力已經下降到75，檢方因此決定讓他暫緩執行，並再度將馬志玲送醫鑑定，完成報到手續，馬志玲搭車回家，至於太太杜麗莊將在6日報到發監。

終於可投球 田中：覺得解脫

休息將近一個月，洋基日籍投手田中將大5日進行60英呎傳接球，在防護員與翻譯的觀察之下共投25球，沒有任何疼痛感，田中還表示覺得「解脫」，而目前球隊尚未訂出明確歸隊日期，日媒與美媒各推測，8月下旬到9月是他可能的復出時間。

上個月9日，田中手肘出現不適，初步診斷是手肘發炎，後來更詳細檢驗之後發現韌帶局部撕裂，大約至少得休息6周，而將近一個月沒有用力投球，田中5日首次施力，進行60英呎傳球，大約投25球，過程中沒有發現異狀，接下來就是看第二天的情形是如何。

如果一切安好，6日田中將進行第二次傳接球，而且會逐漸拉長距離和加碼投球量，他對此表示，「我不覺得擔心，而且能夠投球讓我感覺更興奮。我覺得可以進行下一步了，所以感到解脫。」為了避免進行手肘韌帶移植手術而整季報銷，這位25歲好手做了許多努力。

至於總教練吉拉迪(Joe Girardi)表示，「如果你覺得不舒服，那是件很挫折的事。所以今天是正面的一天，但還是有很長的一段路要走，還是要田要繼續耕，他了解自己該做什麼。」

目前普遍認為田中做了一個正確決定，即使這個決定已經讓他休息了一個月，所幸得到的結果是正面的，因為沒有他感覺不到任何疼痛。田中對此還是很保守地做出結論，「這很難說，很難在上面做任何評估。」

連飆11球 發福喬丹準度驚人

「歷久彌堅」對於永遠的傳奇飛人喬丹(Michael Jordan)來說，似乎就是最佳的註解。日前在其專屬訓練營中，高齡51歲的喬丹儘管不再像年輕時飛天遁地，但投射準度可一點也沒減少，只見他連續飆進11記中、長距離外線，其中甚至包括5個點的三分球破網，也讓現場球迷再次見識到一代名將的場上風采。

喬丹每年夏天例行舉辦的「Michael Jordan Flight School」，總吸引不少球迷爭相參加，與這位NBA史上最偉大的球星作近距離接觸。每年喬丹上場與學員互動甚至實戰對抗的畫面，也總是外界注目焦點。

日前喬丹就與小朋友玩起了類似「爬格子」的投籃遊戲，只見高齡51歲的喬丹，儘管身型較往日「發福」不少，投籃準度依舊相當驚人，無論近距離、罰球線兩側，甚至是5個點的三分球投射，全都輕鬆破網。

總計喬丹一共連續飆進了11球，身手依舊的表現，自然也贏得現場學員們的滿堂彩。

卸下球員身份後的喬丹，如今早已是NBA夏洛特黃蜂的大老闆，球隊在今年重新更名後，今夏也積極進行補強，希望能繼上個賽季闖進季後賽首輪後，再創另一波高峰。

廠牌:Dell 型號：V5470R-4528（CPU i5-4210U） 狀況: 小弟8/1入手上述機器後一直覺得左側揚聲器音量比右側大， 今天再次跟戴爾客服技術人員溝通後確定以下狀況， 這版本CPU的揚聲器左右不同規格， 會有左右音量不平衡問題是必然的。 前版本V5470R-2528（CPU i5-4200U）左右揚聲器為同規格， 所以不會有這問題。 至於為什麼會是左右不同規格呢? 客服技術人員說這是設計部份的問題，他無法回答。 小弟在NB版有發文詢問版友是否有類似狀況， 後續詳細狀況也發在該文中。 無論是已入手或考慮入手這型號機器的版友請多留意。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.168.201.76 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/nb-shopping/M.1407218354.A.8EF.html ※ 編輯: dancing4self (118.168.201.76), 08/05/2014 14:06:02
