行政院消保處今天說，若您使用iPhone5手機，機子上的「睡眠/喚醒按鈕」時好時壞或停止運作，可攜機至蘋果特約授權維修中心，確認手機是否有問題，現場將可立即取得另台翻新手機。

消保處說，部分去年3月前製造的iPhone5，「睡眠/喚醒按鈕」有停止運作或時好時壞等情形，由於該按鈕若無法運作，消費者將無法進入桌面，手機形同作廢。

消保處提醒，民眾手上的iPhone5手機，不管是否已有該按鈕「卡卡」的情況，建議最好到蘋果召修訊息網頁(ssl.apple.com/tw/support/iphone5-sleepwakebutton/)輸入手機序號，查詢手上的手機是否屬於召修對象，若確認有可能是問題手機，最好到各授權維修中心更換翻新單機。
