逼退前球后 戴資穎晉四強

〔自由時報記者卓佳萍／台北—杜拜電話採訪報導〕總獎金100萬美元（約台幣3140萬）的超級系列羽球年終賽傳回捷報，女單一姊戴資穎昨遭遇前球后中國選手王儀涵，對手傷退，又因同組泰國「天才少女」依瑟儂領兩敗，小戴與日本山口茜確定晉級四強，兩人今天將對決爭奪分組第一。

開局王儀涵腳步移位緩慢，戴資穎表示，對方反應真的很慢，本來以為她將緩慢打完兩局，沒想到她會退賽，小戴首局以21：12拿下，次局11：8領先時休息時間，王儀涵見戴資穎氣勢正好，向主審提出退賽，比賽只進行了24分鐘。

今戰山口茜 拚分組第一

王儀涵退賽影響B組四人排名，晉級改成三取二，戴資穎父親戴楠凱表示，他希望女兒靠自己打贏山口茜最實在，力拚分組第一晉級。

中國另一枝金花王適嫻於女單A組吞二連敗，晉級機會渺茫，年終賽女單后冠過去四屆由中國稱霸，今年霸業將拱手讓人，小戴表示，這樣對她當然比較好，但其他選手也都很厲害，才會打贏中國選手。

男雙戰況，李勝木／蔡佳欣因受時差所苦，台灣時間凌晨3點出賽，以兩個16：21輸給丹麥鮑伊／摩根森，教練廖國茂表示，接發球處理表現較為不佳，主動失誤較頻繁為落敗主因。

廖國茂認為，兩人時差適應太慢，太晚出賽對兩人發揮較為不利，今天叫他們起床提早活動，第二場比賽是當地晚上7點，對手為中國劉小龍／邱子瀚。

另外，昨天BWF公布最新世界排名，台灣男單一哥周天成上升到生涯最佳的世界第七，再度將本土男單排名推向新高；小戴則因為去年年終賽亞軍分數遭扣減，排名從第六落到第九。

湖人搶輸！明星後衛恐去小牛

據《ESPN》消息，波士頓塞爾提克隊控衛Rajon Rondo將被送到達拉斯小牛隊換取Jameer Nelson、Jae Crowder、Brandan Wright及2015首輪+二輪選秀籤，如果交易成功，塞隊08年的冠軍陣容，可說是走得一個不剩。

對Rondo有興趣的不只有達拉斯小牛隊，還有湖人、火箭、國王、尼克等隊，但是小牛隊的提供的交易籌碼，塞隊總管Danny Ainge認為最有誠意，兩個年輕球員、一個堪用的控衛、加上兩支選秀籤，Brandan Wright目前是聯盟中，投籃命中率最高的球員，高達74.8%。

而小牛隊這邊打的算盤是，因為本季簽下小前鋒Chandler Parsons、中鋒Tyson Chandler，加上陣中原有的大前鋒Dirk Nowitzki、得分後衛Monta Ellis，要成為一支具有爭冠實力的球隊，拼圖就只差控球後衛了。

尤其西區的明星控衛比比皆是，Russell Westbrook、Chris Paul、Stephen Curry、Damian Lillard等等，若目標衝出西區冠軍，原來的老控衛Jameer Nelson是守不住這些體能怪物的，小牛隊需要的是Rajon Rondo的防守，至於Rondo與Ellis的磨合問題，那得等交易完成後才知道，小牛隊就是在賭一把。

我後來只買到DDR3 筆電記憶體... (沒想到晚上 999的 SSD 就補貨了....捶胸啊..... 電價回饋750元 元旦起抵繳

住戶、商家均分 排除工業用戶

〔自由時報記者黃佩君／台北報導〕台電電價回饋方案昨初步敲定，排除工業用戶，並扣除一百萬戶空屋（平均每月用電低於底度廿度的住宅）後，採均分方式回饋住戶及小商家，平均每戶可「回饋」七五○元，預計明年元旦後就可開始抵繳電費，如果回饋電費無法在一期內完全抵繳，可延至下期再抵繳。因傾向採取均分方式，回饋案與電價公式正式脫鉤。確定方案最遲本月底前宣布。

立法院經濟委員會昨審議新版電價公式，經濟部長鄧振中及台電董事長黃重球率相關主管報告並備詢。鄧振中表示，經濟部提出回饋三方案，傾向「較簡單方案」，也就是將台電因燃料成本降低多出的九十億元利潤，不考慮度數，均分回饋住戶及小商家；黃重球說，此類用戶約一二九一萬戶，均分後，每戶可回饋約七五○元。

根據三方案內容，第一案是依用電度數每度約減○．○四元，但被批評是「用愈多、省愈多」；第二案為設置抵減上限，一般家庭七百度、小商家一千五百度，並排除工業用戶；第三案也是排除工業用戶，扣除一百萬戶空屋後，按照住戶與小商家用戶一二九一萬戶均分，每戶約可獲得七五○元抵繳。

朝野立委普遍較支持第三案。鄧振中表示，他也傾向「簡單、有效率、讓大家容易了解的方案」，「讓真正的小用戶有感」。因為傾向採取均分方案，也讓回饋與電價公式審議徹底脫鉤，推翻經濟部之前的堅持。

鄧振中說，台電每天約有二、三十萬戶會收到電費單，預計明年開始就可抵繳電費，如果回饋電費無法在一期內完全抵繳，可延至下期再抵繳。

北市整合公車網 轉乘不迷路

不同過去單一公車路線圖，北市公運處參考捷運路線圖，首創全國即日起在仁愛新生路口往西公車專用道候車亭，推出「新型整合式公車路線圖」（見圖，張立勳攝），把行經的所有路線濃縮在一張圖裡，方便民眾輕鬆查詢轉乘資訊。

舊式公車路線圖，民眾查詢時僅能知道單一公車經過的站位，公運處與公車聯營管理中心合作，在北市仁愛新生路口設置全新的整合式公車路線圖，透過路線圖，公車族可一目了然得知各線公車行經地點、停靠站及轉乘站，就連YouBike站點也納入。

交通局長王聲威舉例，在仁愛新生路口搭公車，想到中國時報報社，可先在路線圖中找到中國時報，可見263路、245路能夠抵達，但因為245路公車繞路，趕時間的民眾可選擇621路在衡陽路站轉乘263路。

公運處長陳榮明指出，新型整合式公車路線圖靈感來至國外公車資訊圖，並仿照捷運以顏色區分設計而成，目前預計在仁愛路公車專用道試辦，成效不錯將擴大服務地區至其他公車專用道，因為公車專用道路線變動較少，才以公車專用道率先使用。

從美國來台工作的柯博文說，剛來台灣不太會搭公車，很怕被載往不知道的地方，昨天看見新型整合式公車路線圖，很清楚知道哪一路公車開往何處，要轉乘公車、捷運都能快速方便查詢。

寒冬採收 時薪500仍缺人手

〔自由時報記者林欣漢／新北報導〕貢寮九孔、鮑魚進入盛產，但全區只有廿八名潛水工，加上漁村人口老化，受僱的潛水工平均年齡五十五歲以上，儘管一天六小時就有三千元入袋，一到產季，遇上大浪、寒流來襲仍要下水，父親、哥哥都是潛水工的小蔡說，現在年輕人都吃不了苦，這行已經出現嚴重斷層。

潛水工平均年齡逾55歲

當地仁里里長吳勝福說，貢寮全盛期有七十餘名潛水工，但受到社會及環境變化影響，年輕人大量到外縣市工作，潛水工平均年齡都在五十五歲以上，難以見到年輕人的蹤影。

因年輕一輩都在外地工作，盛產期間採集人力嚴重缺乏，連相關技巧的傳承也開始消逝。業者指出，九孔見不得光，在搬運水底石頭翻找九孔時，要避免石頭的銳角傷害九孔，整理環境時，也要懂得製造孔隙，讓飼料能深入縫裡，現在能嫻熟這些技藝的人已愈來愈少。

小蔡的父親已六十八歲，為維繫捕九孔這項傳統技藝，仍每天下水，淡季時就抓海膽、石花菜或釣魚。小蔡說，他們都自己量身訂做潛水衣，一天工作六小時，只花半小時上岸吃便當，其餘時間都待在水裡，他笑說：「上面有海風吹很冷，水溫還比較高。」

1500份耶誕禮 家扶分享全台

〔自由時報記者蘇金鳳／台中報導〕再過一週就是耶誕節，南台中家扶中心每年與金典酒店等企業合作，為受扶助孩子進行耶誕禮物的募集，一千五百份禮物在一個月內募齊，十八日由十五年來都擔任耶誕天使的市長夫人邵曉鈴代表送給小朋友們。

南台中家扶中心與金典酒店合作舉辦的天使樹點燈圓夢活動，今年邁入第十五屆，去年在金典酒店等各企業協助下，募得一千一百份；今年因適逢第十五年，家扶便嘗試募集一千五百份，也同樣順利在一個月內募齊。

南台中家扶中心主任洪健胤表示，每年辦理耶誕禮物的募集，南台中家扶中心很快便能募齊，但其他偏遠縣市就沒如此幸運，因此幾年前開始將多出來的禮物轉送給其他縣市的家扶中心，讓偏鄉孩子也能開心地拿到耶誕禮物。

今年南台中家扶中心募集到一千五百份，而南台中家扶中心只需要一百六十份，其餘全部轉贈給台中發展學園、北台中、南投、雲林、彰化、屏東、花蓮、台東、金門、澎湖等家扶中心。

南台中家扶中心昨天舉行捐贈儀式，由十五年來都擔任耶誕天使的邵曉鈴代表將禮物送給小朋友；其中，小朋友千千是由單親的越南籍母親照顧，而千千希望能有畫筆、水彩顏料，未來想要當設計師，邵曉鈴則是認養人，親手把禮物送給千千，讓千千開心不已。

金典酒店還特別請主廚設計一個大耶誕蛋糕，與在場的家扶中心小朋友一同分享。

【MLB】坎普體檢未過　教士仍決定網羅

被道奇交易至教士的明星外野手坎普(Matt Kemp)，傳出體檢驗出髖關節有問題，但因為此交易案後續牽扯得太複雜，教士試圖要以健康問題，要求吃下更多薪水，但道奇拒絕，教士決定仍舊維持原案，網羅坎普。
 
教士、道奇與費城人，因坎普的交易案進行3方交易，還將主戰捕手葛蘭多(Yasmani Grandal)送出，後續教士又與光芒談妥交易，除換來外野手邁爾斯(Wil Myers)外，也找來捕手海尼根(Ryan Hanigan)補洞，若坎普交易破局，牽扯實在太廣。
 
坎普剩餘薪水共1.07億美元，道奇為了交易坎普，答應吃下3100萬美元，體檢未過，教士希望道奇多吃一些，但道奇拒絕，教士最終評估，還是決定網羅坎普。
 
教士今年補強毫不手軟，今天又交易到運動家捕手諾里斯(Derek Norris)。本季諾里斯繳出2成70打擊率、10支全壘打，但一般認為，諾里斯到教士後，有可能改為一壘手，因為他蹲捕的功力並不突出。（王翊亘／綜合報導）

日本男星妻夫木聰新片《溫哥華的朝日》，描述戰前加拿大日本移民受到差別待遇辛酸過往，在加國特映會妻夫木英文台詞獲讚流利，他害羞坦言都只是硬背的英文台詞，９月底赴溫哥華宣傳時，當地媒體看電影也誤以為他英文很溜，紛紛包圍想採訪，他情急下只好喊「很抱歉，我不會說英文」脫身。

離逢甲夜市只要一分鐘
附近還有知名台中早午餐 像是鯊魚咬土司
往年跨年時台中天氣雖然有些冷 但不會到難以忍受
而且TOMER離台中景點都很近

推薦台中住宿 靠近逢甲夜市的TOMER
平日雙人只要850 還有停車位
重點是非常有設計感 很多風格設計
喜歡美式風的千萬別錯過
離台中景點又近 出去搭公車可到科博館 秋紅谷 東海大學 勤美術館
附近還有好吃的台中早午餐鯊魚咬土司
是我心中CP值很高的台中住宿
