因案收押遭起訴的許姓男子，月前被台北地院提訊開庭時，不滿同案姬姓被告指證有關他不利事證，涉嫌在回到拘留室期間，利用姬雙手上銬無法反擊的機會，趨前毆打姬，造成對方臉部受傷；台北地檢署今天依傷害罪起訴許。檢方查出，許另涉及1起槍砲案，目前另案偵辦。

日本駐台代表樽井澄夫即將在7月11日離任，他今在離任酒會中致詞表示，剛抵台時，有一次搭乘滿載的捷運、車廂內一個座位也不剩，卻突然有一個小學男生站起來讓座給他，在任兩年半期間，他一直記得這分「最初的感動」。

樽井指出，台灣社會十分多元，越深入了解就越受感動，在日本311大地震時，也對台灣人的溫暖援助十分感動。他期盼台灣繼續將日本視為重要的朋友，今後轉任日本交流協會顧問，將繼續致力於強化日台友誼。

外交部次長石定說，馬總統相當重視台日邦誼，將其定位為「特別夥伴關係」。此次故宮文物到日本展出，每天吸引上萬民眾參觀，這也象徵台日雙邊關係緊密交流、共享普世價值。他表示，盼樽井能常回台探望老朋友，並持續推動深化台日關係。
