達賴：自己可能是最後一任

西藏（圖博，Tibet）領袖達賴喇嘛，日前接受英國廣播公司（BBC）專訪，他表示，已經意識到自己「有可能是最後一位達賴喇嘛」，但他欣然接受，因為與其把達賴喇嘛這個頭銜交給一個不知道是好或壞的人，「不如讓這一古老傳統終結在一個備受歡迎的達賴喇嘛手中」。

達賴喇嘛在專訪中透露，自己未來可能沒有繼承人，達賴喇嘛這個人為的制度是否要繼續，完全看藏人們的意願，甚至未來也計畫將政治權責移交給選舉出的代表，由民選領導者來帶領西藏人民。

對此，達賴喇嘛表示：「因為沒有人能保證，今後不會出現一個愚蠢的人接下達賴喇嘛這個位置，令其本人蒙羞，那將非常可悲，因此何不讓這一個古老傳統，終結在一個備受歡迎的達賴喇嘛手中呢？」

對於梵蒂岡受到中國施壓，使得主教方濟各無法與他會面，達賴喇嘛則表示，希望國際社會能鼓勵中國走向民主，將中國引向主流的民主體系，這不僅符合中國的利益，也能讓中國融入世界主流經濟體中。

對於香港的佔中行動，達賴喇嘛則認為英國以溫和立場對待中國，暗指英國為了與中國經濟往來，在香港佔中議題上刻意切割，「因為英國口袋不深，所以從經濟方面來說，英國與中國保持密切聯繫非常重要。」

再傳恐攻 塔利班持槍炸銀行

路透社 – 

（路透阿富汗拉什卡加17日電）阿富汗警方今天表示，疑似塔利班武裝分子在南部海曼德省（Helmand）引爆炸彈並闖入一間銀行，引爆激戰。目前未知有多少人被困，消防及安全部隊正全力營救。

目擊者聽到爆炸及槍聲；一名逃出現場的員工表示，攻擊發生時，銀行正忙於處理政府公務員提領薪水。

海曼德省警察首長發言人歐白德（Farid AhmadObaid）表示，「根據我們的資料，當中有4名塔利班武裝分子，1人引爆身上爆裂物，其餘3人則與安全部隊駁火。」中央社（翻譯）

還我小師妹 昔日清純樣崩壞

陳妍希的小龍女的「特殊造型」最近一直被討論，有網友發現，曹格女兒Grace，圓圓大臉用後製配上陳妍希的造型，讓人驚訝「毫無違和感」，還有人搞笑說Grace適合演「童年的姑姑」。而同樣是金庸筆下的女角，18年前香港笑傲江湖，飾演令狐沖師妹的陳少霞，最近在微博PO上與師兄世紀大合照，網友卻大驚，發現陳少霞眼睛不自然，疑似整形，搞笑大喊：還我當年清純小師妹。

這對師兄妹相隔多年後最近在一個餐會巧遇重逢，38歲的和48歲的呂宋賢興奮合影上傳微博，還形容這是「世紀合照」，今晚重遇我的大師哥，只不過照片一出網友嚇傻，大師兄令狐沖十年如一日，但小師妹陳少霞眼睛不太自然，都快認不出來了，疑似整形。

同樣是金庸筆下主角之一，陳妍希沒整形也被網友討論不停，主要就是這小龍女扮相太奇特，不只被kuso 像兩支雞腿倒插在包子上，最近還有人利用修圖發現曹格女兒Grace配上小龍女造型圓滾滾的臉蛋毫無違和感，甚至還有人搞笑她很適合演「童年的姑姑」 讓陳妍希再度中槍。

綽號姊姊的grace才三歲，跟老爸曹格和哥哥因為參加大陸親子爆紅，今年湖南跨年演唱會他們也將全家出動，據說製作單位看到Grace版小龍女照片覺得有趣，已經計畫到時租借妍希姑姑的服裝讓她換上，肯定會成收視賣點。

堅持靠自己 86歲嬤擺水果攤

儘管天氣冷颼颼，但人間有溫暖，嘉義市街頭就看得到。有個86歲的阿綢阿嬤，堅持靠自己，擺個小小水果攤賺點零用錢花用。從阿嬤的言談中，可以感受到她很享受跟客人之間的互動，頻頻稱讚年輕人很有禮貌，會跟她噓寒問暖。

車水馬龍的嘉義市街頭，在文化、林森路口，阿綢阿嬤正彎著身子在整理她的水果攤，這台改良式的三輪車就是她的生財工具，有人看到86歲的阿嬤，載著4、50斤重的水果來做買賣，即使天氣再冷，心是熱的。

客人：「就是看到她賣水果，覺得很辛苦也是蠻可憐的。」

阿綢阿嬤：「阿嬤阿嬤我幫你搬下來，有個小姐幫我搬水果，人很好來幫我扛水果，我拿3顆橘子給她吃，給她止渴，也是很高興，不然我拿不下來很重，一簍4、50斤重。」

幾天前，阿嬤剛去台南女兒家玩了一趟，兒孫幫她塗了紅指甲，顧不得88歲的老伴還躺在床上，老阿嬤堅持靠這個臨時水果攤，一天賣個幾百塊，賺點零用錢花用，因為在跟客人互動的過程中，總有人來噓寒問暖，逗得阿嬤開心得很。

阿綢阿嬤：「有的客人不找錢要幫忙阿嬤，有的人買麵包、買茶來給阿嬤吃，都是10幾、20歲、17、8歲，那種孩子都很好，都來給阿嬤支持，來幫阿嬤買東西，阿嬤就高興了，很好，看到兒孫輩很好，對阿嬤很有禮貌很快樂很好。」

看到記者來採訪，阿嬤有問必答，靠自己過活，知足常樂的態度，沒被生活給磨掉了。（民視新聞 鄭榮文 嘉義市報導）

感謝LukeForward所贈送的ViewSonic VX715 17吋螢幕 因為這螢幕有開啟三秒後熄滅的問題存在，並且我有些修螢幕的經驗， 所以我就嘗試的去修理看看。 所以我跟LukeForward約定好修理好後，來發一篇感謝&修理心得文。 ================器材 & 材料================ 工具： 一字起子 十字起子 烙鐵 焊錫 三用電表 電鋸 材料： 高壓板 4燈大口 *1 http://goods.ruten.com.tw/item/show?21108106185799 電容50v 220uF *1 (臨時增加的) ================檢測 & 維修過程============ 液晶黑屏有很多種原因，這一次的情況我針對背光的部分作分析： 這台螢幕插上電源後，打開電源後大約3秒後就熄滅了(螢幕背光&電源燈)，之後過幾秒後 又亮起來，就這樣反反覆覆的亮暗亮暗。這樣的情況可以把他歸類成(背光暗)(電源燈暗) 的情況。如下面表格 開電源 | 亮1~3秒後 ┌─┬──────┬──────────────┐ │ │背光亮 │背光熄 │ ├─┼──────┼──────────────┤ │電│正常 │陰極管老化 │ │源│ │高壓板老化 │ │燈│ │ │ │亮│ │ │ ├─┼──────┼──────────────┤ │電│有鬼 │高壓板老化導致電源跳電 │ │源│電源燈壞掉 │電源電容爆漿 │ │燈│ │ │ │暗│ │ │ └─┴──────┴──────────────┘ 第一步驟： 拆開檢查 拆除外殼 http://i.imgur.com/9DUmgto.jpg

先拿一片高壓板來測試 這種高壓板可以在露天上輕易買到，一片只要80元 http://i.imgur.com/iybDxCD.jpg
把線接上去做測試，因為修太快忘記拍圖，圖中的電路板已經被鋸一半掉了。 只要利用三用電表(直流檔)去量測，找出12V的電源，把紅色(+)黑色(-)焊接上去， 並且把黃色接在控制開關的線路上即可完成，即是高壓板與驅動板之間連接排線的 2號腳位。黃色線的焊點跟2號腳位是同一條線，我只是把那邊的漆刮掉換到那邊焊 接，讓線材比較好整理。 http://i.imgur.com/Way5mhq.jpg
要如何找到控制開關的線路，也是要靠三用電表去量測。 這時候要小心，因為要活線做測試，電路裸露會有110V會電到人 一個人負責切換螢幕的電源按鈕，約6~10秒切換一次。 一個人拿著電表黑色棒棒接螢幕金屬外殼，紅色棒棒往連接排線的金屬接點插進去 觀察螢幕在開啟關閉的過程中，那條排線中有哪一條是會因此而有電壓變化，有變 話就代表他是控制開關的線路。也就是我所找出來的2號腳位。 http://i.imgur.com/jGCprpv.jpg

但是發現了一個問題，電源的部分發出一個高頻噪音。 依我經驗這聲音應該是電路產生諧振所導致(switching power換了負載有時候會這樣)， 就從身邊拿出一顆電容到處跟其他電容並聯，如果聲音消失了就代表把電路中的諧振給 消除掉了。 切記是要跟小顆電容並聯，大顆電容電壓很高(約15x伏特)，摸上去就會把你手中的電 容炸掉，最安全的做法就是拿一顆耐壓很高的電容(450V以上)，確保不會炸掉。 測試的結果是5V電源接上電容即可消除高頻噪音。 http://i.imgur.com/KEai910.jpg

這個就算在DX機身上也不能算是很好鏡頭，而且在CANON機身上自動對焦與光圈都是死掉狀態!\

即使是像17-55 DX F2.8這樣鏡頭，在後面大部分FX用戶都是出清掉，所以賣掉價位會很不捨，但是留著用途不大，而且FX鏡頭選擇那麼多，不管是原副廠，留下能做甚麼用途!

小S替身曝光　抱怨沒合照

中天《康熙來了》日前邀請8位曾經擔任明星替身的來賓，其中擔任小S替身的小不點自爆當初是在報紙分類廣告上看到「徵求小S替身」，才得到這份工作，小不點笑說：「雖然當過小S替身5到6次，但我都沒有一張和小S的合照。」讓小S聽完趕緊幫她披上圍巾，還親切表示：「冷要跟我說，辛苦你囉！」藉機彌補。
 
小不點的俐落瀏海頭加上身材嬌小，和本尊小S相似度頗高，曾當過小S替身6次，但她從沒跟小S合照過。蔡康永虧小S說：「這樣你都不用謝謝人家喔，人家當你的替身，你連合照都不給？」小S解釋：「因為她來去一陣風，加上她好像也對明星沒興趣。」蔡康永乾脆現場立刻幫小不點詢問小S：「等這集結束後，她可以跟妳合照嗎？」小S大方表示：「當然可以啊！」完成小不點的心願。（蔡維歆／台北報導）

一、新加坡總理李顯龍於12月11日前往韓國出席「東協—韓國紀念峰會」時，會晤韓國總統朴槿惠並呼籲星韓兩國檢討2006年3月生效的「新加坡—韓國自由貿易協定」，以確保該協議達到兩國與其他國家簽定自貿協定一樣的水平。新加坡與韓國雙邊貿易額自2012年的527億星元，下滑到2013年的509億星元。

二、據李總理新聞秘書張儷霖透露，兩位領導人討論合作的領域包括：制定航空服務協定、成立資訊技術中心及生物醫藥科學研發中心。朴槿惠總統表示，2015年係星韓兩國建交40周年，兩國可進一步擴大雙邊合作，以共同加惠韓國創意經濟及新加坡知識經濟。(資料來源：經濟部國貿局)
