【公庫】遠雄大巨蛋砍老樹群 護樹團體提「以路就樹」

不滿遠雄集團為進行大巨蛋工程移植老樹，松菸護樹志工團(12)日召開記者會，提出民間版「以路就樹」計畫，盼遠雄巨蛋工程道路拓寬計劃內的樹木予以保留，更揭露台北市政府將移植國父紀念館週圍的樹群。
民間版「以路就樹」強調不用移一棵樹，車道只要稍微縮減、變更些微設計、不僅能解決交通問題，道路拓寬與樹木保留更能雙贏。

座位號碼接近　2考生坐錯位置

國中會考台東女中考場發生考生坐錯位情況，試務中心表示，2學生第1節考試時就坐錯位，待監考老師核對後才發現此事，詢問後發現因座位號碼相似才發生此事，2學生因不同校且素不相識，應是單純看錯座位號碼所致。
 
台東女中考場主任委員鄭華鈞表示，2生若在考試鐘響前、未翻開考卷前即發現並通知監考老師，此時即可依標準作業換位，但2考生一直到考完第1堂後都未發現，因此監考老師在2人考卷紀錄表上登錄，並依流程以手寫方式註記其座號後，呈報台東區會考試務會並研討該如何處置。
 
鄭華鈞表示，以往也曾發生過類似案件，試務中心本著以考生最大權益處理，通常在討論後並不扣分，而這次坐錯位是否影響分數仍需由試務會討論後才能得知，只是「若早發現即可早處理，坐錯位還考完試才被發現，我們只感十分無奈」（劉人瑋／台東報導）

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄17日電）高雄市昨天發生連續兩起重大槍擊案，警方今天逮捕出面租用做案車輛的鄭姓及柯姓男子，並循線鎖定追查開槍的許姓男子。 高雄市鬧區一家知名舞廳及舞廳股東住處，昨天被一名頭戴鴨舌帽、口罩的男子接連開槍示威，幸而未傷及無辜，警方據報封鎖現場，拾獲彈殼達33顆。 警方初步過濾，查出鄭男和柯男待業中，受託出面負責租用做案車輛，將車子停放在高雄市三民區三鳳宮，再由許男等人開走，到這家知名舞廳及舞廳股東位於鼓山區住處開槍，然後分散逃逸。 轄區高雄市警察局新興分局長黃慶惠表示，這是有計畫性的犯案，鄭男和柯男在車子被同夥開走後，就近向三民派出所報案，謊稱買青草茶時車子失竊，企圖誤導警方。 警方調閱現場監視器影帶查出兩人報案時，車子並未熄火讓人開走，明顯企圖誤導警方車子被偷，經警方戳破謊言後，才承認是受託出面租借車子。 警方初步調查，開槍示威原因應是這家舞廳舞小姐被帶出場受辱引發，詳細案情要待全部涉案人到案後釐清。 警方已調派大批警力追緝中部地區的涉案人，並加強巡邏防阻火併。 http://ppt.cc/nZrA -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 115.43.221.136 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Kaohsiung/M.1400325282.A.8A2.html
