警沒行車記錄器證明危險駕駛 男大生撤罰

新竹一名大學生半夜騎機車闖紅燈，被警方發現從後方鳴笛追趕。邱姓大學生戴耳機聽音樂沒聽到，最後被警方開了闖紅燈、危險駕駛共一萬三千多元的罰單，而且還要扣牌吊照。邱姓大學生不服向法院提異議，法官以警方並沒有蒐證為由，撤銷危險駕駛和扣牌吊照等處分。(彭清仁報導)

新竹縣一名廿一歲的邱姓大學生，去年七月間打工下班，深夜騎機車返家途中，由於邱姓大學生戴耳機聽音樂，行經橫山鄉台三線紅綠燈時，見沒車而闖紅燈，警方發現後從後方笛鳴追趕。邱姓大學生戴耳機沒聽到後方警車鳴警笛，直到警方開到機車後方才停車受檢。

警方認為邱姓大學生除了闖紅燈之外，還蛇行涉及危險駕駛，因此警方開出闖紅燈一千八百元罰單，加上危險駕駛一萬兩千元罰單，另外，記違規點數共六點，吊扣牌照三個月，吊扣駕照一個月，並需參加道安講習。邱姓大學生認為處罰太重因而向法院提出申訴。邱姓大學生向法官坦承闖紅燈，但否認蛇行等危險駕駛行為。而警方在法院庭訊時，也承認邱姓大學生沒有蛇行，而是轉彎時差點撞上民宅很危險，最後才靠邊停車受檢。法官審酌警方沒有行車紀錄器，證明邱姓大學生危險駕駛，法官最後准予撤銷危險駕駛處分，邱姓大學生也免罰一萬兩千元罰金，以及免扣牌、免吊扣駕照，只需繳交闖紅燈的罰單。

高鋒擬每股配股利1元

工具機廠高鋒去年每股純益新台幣1.5元，每股將配發1元股利。

高鋒去年受惠市場需求明顯回溫，合併營收20.19億元，創歷史新高紀錄；稅後淨利1.34億元，每股純益1.5元。

高鋒董事會決議，去年盈餘將每股配發0.6元現金股息以及0.4元股票股利。

因應建廠及購置機器設備資金需求，高鋒董事會同時決議，辦理1500萬股現金增資，暫定每股23.4元發行，預計籌措3.51億元資金。

原本Z2聽說要延到四月... 結果先買了Z1C 收到一天後SONY馬上發表 Z2 3/24 當日上市 這是哪招啊 ...-_- 入手Z1C 試玩了一天後的心得 IPS面板對比不如 VA系的 Z與Z1 尤其是看影片與FB的照片時尤其明顯 暗部的對比明顯不如Z與Z1 老實講還真的不習慣... 建議有影片與FB需求的直接入手Z2好了.. BTW Z1C的IPS面板對比大約是上世代電腦S-IPS面板的程度 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.5.126

推 kmwace :VA就是高對比和暗部呈現阿，兩著特性本來就不一樣 03/21 09:50

先說這篇是抱怨文 不喜可以左轉喔 3/19把我的oneX送修 客服跟我講了一大堆 主要訴求是有時會自己重開　還有掉電很快 客服Ａ跟我說２０號會請人來拿　我們溝通了時間是中午十二點前 他還說會幫我特別備註（因為黑貓上午時段是到一點） 我覺得客服揪甘心 3/20我等了一個早上 都沒有人來收 於是在十二點打給客服 客服Ｂ表示上午時段是到下午一點（那昨天說好的備註呢？？？） 如果我不方便就給我一組序號自己去小七送修 ＯＫ的話就幫我把物流人員取消（我覺得ＯＫ然後就去上課了） 不到五分鐘序號就寄給我了　很快 當天下午三點　有一通電話沒接到 3/21 今天！！　早上九點的時候　有一通電話打來我無法接 我回撥是黑貓宅急便人員 說我昨天連絡不上　他是黑貓要來跟我取維修的手機Ｏｒｚ 我只好跟他說我已經自行送修　ＨＴＣ客服也跟說要幫我取消了.... -------------------------------------------------------------------- 我知道ＨＴＣ送修出名的好　可是也不要這樣整人吧 明明說是早上收件　結果沒來　取消之後　下午三點來＝　＝ 自行送件　隔天早上又來 我都不知道是黑貓的問題還是ＨＴＣ客服都在敷衍人　根本沒物流講好 這大概是我最後一隻ＨＴＣ了..... 至於送修結果還在等待中 希望不要讓我太"驚喜"... 　 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.231.163.94

該名女老師課堂上的談話當場被同學錄音錄影，並於今晚po到youtube網站上，取名「立法院的學生是白痴」的影片，隨即引起不少網友在臉書轉載、分享並留言。

手邊有一台 DELL 390DT 套裝電腦 遇到的狀況是 USB滑鼠鍵盤 會不定時當掉 但奇特的是 系統沒當 因把USB滑鼠鍵盤 拔到前面板插 又可以用 但是換過主機板 RAM CPU 照樣發生 所以不是主機板問題 也用燒機軟體去燒過 也都沒有當 不知道怎麼會發生 一直抓不到原因 版上的朋友是否有遇到這個問題過 煩請您分享解決方法 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.228.107.67

毒品通緝犯張坤峰逃亡大陸10年，不僅在珠海成為台灣牛肉麵大王，還跨海拉拔小孩念到台灣大學畢業，並多次持假護照及偽造台胞證進出東南亞，日前被大陸邊檢單位識破其禿頭特徵，調查局與移民署昨將他押解返台歸案。

張坤峰原是迪化街成衣商，生意有聲有色，卻誤入歧途販毒，多次夾帶毒品回台，再靠網路聯繫販售牟利。張被查獲後，棄保潛逃澳門轉往大陸藏匿，93年7月遭發布通緝。

張落腳珠海，並開起台灣牛肉麵館展開新生活。張昨天說，牛肉麵館生意很好，一碗牛肉麵要價人民幣20元，一天就能出將近400碗；辦案人員也透露，張不像許多藏匿大陸的通緝犯在當地另娶妻子成家，一直都單身，在台妻小也多次前往探視。

張的護照在95年4月逾期失效，他擔心行蹤洩漏，向偽造集團購買他人台灣護照，張因禿頭，集團還挑選外型相似的他人護照，之後再利用電腦將張與被害人的五官部分特徵合成，成功申辦了2本台胞證。

10年來，張坤峰以此出入境至東南亞地區數十次，因為證件上的照片，與本人相似，所以沒有被人察覺有異。

移民署發現，張除了買與自己相似長相的台灣護照，姓名也特別挑選，他買了1本僅差一字的張坤「榮」護照，搭配合成照，成功矇騙承辦人員。

日前張坤峰進入珠海市邊海關時，被查驗人員發現照片與本人有些許差異，經通報我方清查後，識破其通緝犯身分。

保母摔嬰阻哭鬧 1歲娃頭頸骨折昏迷

故意鬆手 摔落女童

〔自由時報記者余衡、翁聿煌／綜合報導〕可惡保母！持有合法證照的新北市保母吳賽玲，只因1歲半張姓女童吵鬧不休，吳婦竟故意鬆開手，讓抱在手中的女童宛如自由落體般，從120公分高度墜地，摔成頭頸骨折、昏迷命危，事後還扯謊掩飾；警昨依業務過失傷害及重傷害罪，將吳賽玲函送法辦。

大前天下午，張母接獲警方通知，指她女兒摔傷，被保母吳賽玲送醫，張母趕到醫院，女兒已失去意識，頭骨有3處骨折，頸椎處也骨折，昏迷指數4，呈重度昏迷；醫生直言不太樂觀。58歲的吳賽玲向警方供稱，她在新北市住處照顧2名1歲多的女童，當天下午2點多，餵完午餐後，她們在鋪有軟墊的遊戲間玩耍，她抱起張姓女童時，女童拉扯她的衣角，她要撥開女童的手，不慎失手將女童摔落軟墊上，見女童摔傷，趕緊打電話報案，並持續幫女童做CPR數分鐘，直到救護車抵達。

不小心? 竟4處骨折

但女童的雙親質疑，若是摔在軟墊，「怎可能頭部和頸部共4處嚴重骨折」，昨天上午向電視台投訴，雙親哭訴女嬰復原無望，只求真相大白，不能接受說謊；在場的吳婦這才承認，不堪女童吵鬧以致管教失當，對雙親再三致歉。

警方昨遂再度詢問吳婦，她改口承認，女童被摔了2次，第一次是不小心失手，她抱起女童安撫，女童哭鬧不止且用力掙扎，她一時慌了，進而情緒失控，氣得把手鬆開，讓女童再次摔落地上，造成女童抽搐。

女童命危 才供實情

警方研判，吳婦昨被女童雙親找去電視台對質之前，先赴醫院探視女童，目睹女童病況後良心不安，才供出新的說詞。

警方調查，吳婦在87年取得保母執照，女童出生後2個多月，爸媽將她交給吳婦照顧，每天早上7點到晚上7點，月付1萬8。

社會局表示，若調查確是吳姓保母責任，將依違反兒童及少年福利與權益保障法，處罰6萬元，公布其姓名，並從社區保母系統名單移除。

訪視員曾提換保母

其實女童本有機會避過這關，新北市社會局說，張姓女童的媽媽去年底告訴社區保母系統訪視人員，在女兒的陰部發現瘀青，推測是擦拭下體時用力過度所致，訪視員當時問張母需不需要換保母，張母認為應是偶發意外，且吳姓保母住附近，接送較方便，所以沒有換保母。
